An almost $1000 dollar phone without cover for camera lens!!! whats the point? one can buy the latest laptop for slightly more.......

save your money for samsung innov8 wich is about to come this months. And buy it in january when will be cheaper than n96 for sure. And it's better with 8mp camera and symbian,so you won't miss any nokia anymore. I sold my old 6680 with 50 euro. A mobile wich was 2 years ago 600 euro. N95 is 300 euro brand new,so wait and save many money.

Just bought it..everythings excelent..but only 1 problem here I must charge the battery once to twice a day..
Im telling you guys..just dont be shock with its very poor battery life..especially if you activate the 3G network..Worse than standard N95.

Here they clearly state the phone bettery lasts longer than the N95-1 and N95 8GB.

One thing worth mentioning is that the N96 has a memory card slot. Some software (such as Garmin Mobile XT) requires a memory slot to be legally installed. That would be a desirable feature in the N95 8GB. DVB altough not a must, IMHO, is an interesting extra feature.

Some Reviews Say the bettery life of the N96 is Better then the N95 8GB......ill post the Link l8r........
Well ur friends N96 is Brand New so it needs 2 fully charge then fully rundown ......then the bettery will perform better....

Go and see any phone model, samsung, HTC or as for that matter any of the other nokia phones.........this phone has got practically everything one can ask for, apart from its bulky size, really, just compare other phones, there is none like it.

hi,all r know nokia is bigest brand dealing in sell phones ,, nokia have more advance function & features copaier other brands, no dout all brnd r good but not comperission to nokia becouse nokia is very gooooood ,, you know nokia is mother of telecom & communication line......nokia connecting people.....is true logo of brand ....

after 3 days of using it i sure this is real one smooth multi tasking and mp3 playback quality is near to branded mp3 player well done nokia

Only 2 downsides of this ph which actually are NOT weaknesses.
1) Batt life: Reviews in some sites already stated that battery life is satisfatory. I am sure it will be better than Diamond. Ppl should not complain too much abt nokia battery (by just looking at its capacity). Samsung phs batt life is more terrible (I dun mention LG coz I never use LG b4). Last time I owned nokia 6300(popular for its weak battery) and samsung D900 . Both have abt the same battery life.
2) screen res of 240 x 320. If nokia make other screen res, almost all 3rd available s60 application may not be suitable for N96.

Im so tired of consumers complaining about battery life because whether its Nokia, Moto, Samsung etc; what do you expect from a high-end phone that has features that you may use for an adequate amount of time.... anyway, I have the N95 and the N82 and im satisfied but I know I will be getting the N96 once it is released. Im excited and cant wait!! Nokia phones are my all time favorites.
