all the info you need is available if you search for it... and I've managed to reset my N97 twice in the last 8 months... now it's running fine (until I try to upgrade the firmware again, that is)

junior g, 10 Jan 2010 > heard very dificult to reset this device, is it true ? ado you mean hard reset? it's pretty easy to hard reset if you want to, just back up all your data. most apps will be recovered (either automatically detected by the phone after the reset, or restored from backup) but some will need to be reinstalled (eg googlemaps). for me, it takes about an hour after a hard reset to get my phone back the way it was prior. not too bad imho, but some people don't have the patience.
tell me a good site to download apps for this phone..like fingerprint scanner etc... and i have a problem.my phone memory keeps reducing...and it comes back to normal after some time..is it normal??? even my 5700 had that problem...thanx.
z1, 10 Jan 2010thanks for reply! both colours are cool and i cant decide, so unsure on even buying it after... morein terms of the colors, i choose tthe black one, because of the keyboard, overall, the white n97 looks decent over the black, but as i can see, the keyboard on the black is more detailed when you look at it in dark or with light
z1, 09 Jan 2010 hi guys im planning on buying a n97, what do you guys think? and what colour is better black... moreif you read my reply to someone in here that has your query, this was it gone, i bought my n97 while n900 is already available, seriously, i can afford the n900 that moment. i also heared of some problems, complaints and many hardware bugs in n97, but that did not stop me from getting this phone over the n900, im not saying to buy this phone, im just answering your concerns. goodluck
