Dear Nokia Maker (Made in China),
First comment about the units features of say, strength of material used in the keyboard lock (the sliding flat knob) is too fragile and easily broken.
Perhaps similar locking design such as this type kindly increase design factor to robust state so it will not easily sheared off from its assembly.
Secondly, the lens sliding cover seems too close at the lens cover which is now having a fine scratch of numerous use in more than a year now form date of purchase. this too needs improvement so that it will maintain a clear cover on the lens center where the scratch is present. As an over all as function is concern the unit is fine and fast except now that is corrupted by PC virus seems to lessen speed in returning to video nor shots to be able to make other more shots. In short it is slowing even with the added memory 8Gb, the phone memory is full while the added memory are less full.

the phone memory goes down fast, and it keeps prompting you to delete, because of some applications that automatically store on the phone. help any suggestions

every time nokia puts a car charger in the delivery box,is because the battery of the phone is not to last 2 days of normal use.nokia knows that and tries to compensate that shortcoming.thus,every time nokia doesn't provide a car charger in the box,is because the phone is able to last at least 2.5 days on a single charge,and not because they wanna keep a low price tag.

True N97 has no GPU, but with SPBShell, you can have the best GUI Symbian has to offer.. I've coupled SPBShell with HSNPersia OS and the phone works like it has decent GPU. N-Gage 2.0, vBoy and vBag are also fully supported; I've played ONE(full version), WSPoker, Pokemon GBA/GBC games...keypad layout is at its best even though the size is big. Camera is not top-of-the-line but not bad. Flash problem is physically solvable. Memory is second largest for smartphones. Audio is comparable to Ipods. Connectivity wise it is good and most of all, battery efficiency is the best(similar with e-series).
