not wanting to wish my life away but need a new smartfone and n97 is it ..The 5800 is pretty decent job so i am selling it for n97 ..I am beautician & capacitive screen no good with long nails.
Have held the dummy omnia hd today and its really on the verge of it being not a fone anymore..To be serious some of these devices are unpocketable and verging in tablet territory..I thought the i-phone is big in hand and pocket..The idea of the smartfone was a pocketable device with opertaing system that could help expand your work away from work but still be connected to work..Thats is also including n97 to be fair,,these smartfones are getting big and heavy..

...goodbye Symbian RIP, you had a good run over the years but when it comes to the crunch you just can't handle it.
The sooner it's gone the better, bring on the real, modern operating systems capable of running on high powered hardware, iPhone OS, Android, WebOS and WinMo.
Leave Nokia to rot in their underpowered Symbian hole.

The real fight is between N97, Omnia HD and Idou (if released this year). However, summer 2009 will be competive.
Nokia N97 v Samsung i8910
asjad, 22 May 2009Atlast everyphone copany is realising that only HTC designs will be successful and i dont know... moreWell I think the flip side of your opinion is the fact that Nokia as a Market leader would want to have a wider product mix that embraces all facets of mobile phone design that exist....if not innovate new ones...
Naito, 22 May 2009Ridiculous. Finally a Nokia worth upgrading from a N95 8Gb and it doesn't have any hardware ba... moreThe Hardware 3D Graphics Accelerator wouldn't be necessary to have, since the 5800 doesn't have it, and the most S60v5-apps won't use it anyway. Also look how much the 3D-acc helped Omnia HD... (hint: it didn't).
