I purchase Nokia X2-02 , Phone is GOOD, But Battery Backup is very poor, no mention nokia Logo in battery (HAND)so plz replay

Hi users,
I have bought ths cell on 2days back.But i am facing some problem.The battery backup on ths mobile is only 1 day and the screen brightness is i cant reduce,its irritating my eyes.So any one have to tell the nokia secret service code for reduce the brighness?

I've bought this and using it for two days . Actually, it's a good phone with low price . I liked some of it's feature, as -

1. Customize Display with home screen support.
2. Good speaker
3. I think it's having a good quality camera. It works well.
4. FM transmitter and you can even use fm w/o headphone.
5. Nice Mp3 player with customizebale equalizer.
6. Nice look.
7. Flash .
8. It has 2.1 bluetooth and java.
9. Good Internt support with medium download speed.
10. It has Flash msg ! it's so funny and so cool . Records Mssgs as cnvrsation..
11. Have copy/paste facility.
12. Dual sim ..

and it has some disadvantages:
1. Hard key !
2. Very slow !
3. Bad vedio quality.
4. Can't minimize your java apps.
5. Have problem with showing "Delivary report" !
6. Display flickering problem ..
7. Low internal mem, rom and ram.
8. Provided a very poor quality Headphone which makes sounds bolder !!

i think that's all. I'm using 11.57 sw vrsn.... and i hope nokia will update its next sw v with solved display and slowness problem. And then It'll be best.

I brought the Nokia X2 02 8 days ago, though it's a good phone yet i m faceing the following problems:
1. Flickring problem
2. Poor battery back up
3. Disablity of sopurting youtube videos
&
4. Hang problem

I have been using Nokia phones for a long period, and i love all those i had used, but it's the 1st time i'm suffering a lot with this new one, x2 02, please don't break my trust on Nokia, tell me how can i get rid off from all those problem, please help me...

No doubt this divice is very nice in this budget but there are some disadvantages...You cant adjust two different ring tones for different sims... Phone is little bit slow ...No mark opetions...

Nice mobile but i dislike this..
bcoz,
the set is very slow while operating and not even have streaming option to play videos while surfing internet.

and the only option i like in this is "FM-TRANSMITTING".

please guys choose another mobile for better one !!

very2 slow phone,
sometime restart by itself,
fm transmitter very2 weak,
cant get mms setting in m'sia,
mean cannot mms n surf,
stupid speaker..
ahhhh so boring..dont buy this phone

i think problem arises due to MADE IN INDIA if you want to verify please see the phone box and in your phone backside (after removing back cover)

and its shame for nokia India they lie many thing about this phone in official sit like video streaming and etc


and please notice that the phone body parts are not properly assemble look like its nokia chinees phone


so now no more "NO MORE NOKIA KA BHROSA"

nice phone but flickering problem
and i try to play some games it generally say out of memory

and please some one tell me which resolution and bit rate to convert videos

I bought this X2-02 phone for Rs. 3270 in Tamil Nadu, India on 1st May 2012.
Make sure you buy this mobile with Nokia 5C Battery(1020mah) and not Nokia 4C Battery(860mah). In some countries sold with low mah 4C battery.
Make sure your mobile version is v10.91. If you have lower versions pls upgrade via Nokia PC Suite.
Make sure accessories are available like USB Cable, Memory card, driver CD (not supplied in India, due to cost cutting)

Good and bad things are given below.
Good things are:
1 . Cheap
2 . Dual sim
3 . Loud sound and loud speaker. very Good audio effect, good bass and treble. Graphic Equaliser available in this entry level phone too
4 . 3.5mm audio jack
5 . Wallpaper can be set to change automatically, phone looks new everytime !
6 . FM Transmitter, but works only in one or two metre distance, not faraway. Ideal for using in Car. FM Recording, Build-in FM antenna, Stereo FM with RDS
7 . Sturdy and light weight - 93gms only
8 . Good Lithium Ion Battery: Nokia 5C - 1020MAH, Also this battery is cheap for me buy in case I need to change later. INR 300.00 only
9 . Good Camera 2Mega pixels - works well in low light too..
10 . Good GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and USB connectivity
11 . Medium big screen 2.2 Inch and High resolution screen-240 x 320 pixels (~182 ppi pixel density). No one will say this is entry level phone by looking at display !
12 . 32GB Memory card support, memory card and second sim placed in side
13 . Hot swap of memory card and sim card
14 . World clock, Standard & Scientific calculator, voice recorder, notes, todo list, countdown timer, stopwatch, convertor
15 . Long talk time Up to 9 h 50 min. (For normal usage 2 days battery backup is fine for me)
16 . Games and JAVA Apps support, predictive text input for sms
17 . Ringtone start time and end time can be set while choosing the ringtone itself. No need to cut the mp3 for playing the ringtone in the middle of the track. Like this feature.
18 . You can delete, not needed system files like nokia ringtone, clip art, frames placed in internal memory. But cant delete default theme. (Intention to have more internal memory for apps.)
19 . Phone languages are many like: English, hindi, Tamil, kannada, marathi, telegu, gujarathi, malayalam, urdu for mobiles sold in India.
20 . You can give two different names to two sim card's… I use "Do or Die" like phrases. This appear when you call or receive call !!! Use can use some funny names too !!!
21 . Two different IMEI numbers for one phone !!! (as it is dual sim)

Issues / Problems are:
1 . Display Flickering problems even with version V10.91
2 . MP4 /wmv/high quality videos don't play at all. No video streaming, so no you tube video's. Video player says file format not supported
3 . Due to low internal memory and RAM, phone hangs sometimes. Internal 10 MB (user available), 64 MB ROM, 32 MB RAM only
4 . No Screen saver feature (screen saver can't be set). I think to save battery.
5 . Top right digital clock in the screen doesn't adjust its colour based on wallpaper, so clock is hardly seen in white based wallpaper. Really hate this.
6 . I don't like the clock time format: hh:ss. I expect h:ss. Unneccessary preceding Zero is irritating FOR ME !
7 . Network signal strength for both sim's are displayed only in the home screen view. If you remove SIM Manager option from the home screen you will not be able to see the signal strength.
8 . No option to mark/mark all to select and delete multiple SMS. But you delete all SMS or one by one in more options in the SMS messaging menu. I like the mark/mark all option
9 . Inconvienent volume keys, not easily is accessible.
10 . No next or previous track key button, only play/pause in the left side of the mobile.
11 . Music player and Radio application closes if you press End key, but can be minimized by hide option
12 . Not so good audio headset provided: Nokia Stereo Headset WH-102. So, buy your own 3.5MM headphone.
13 . No front Torch light, expected in entry level phone.
14 . No LED Flash for camera. (X2-00 has flash light)
15 . Back cover of mobile opens when dropped, could have been better tightly placed.
16 . No USB Cable, Memory card, Driver CD supplied in India, due to cost cutting
17 . Limited SMS writing language English and Hindi in India. Note phone language and SMS writing language or two different options.
18 . You can't set different ringtones for two SIM connections.
19 . You can't switch off or flight mode for any only one SIM
20 . Not charging via USB even though mentioned in phone specifications as USB Chargable in Nokia official site.
21 . No 3G or Wifi, for INR3300 or US$63, don’t expect it !
22 . Can't adjust brightness or contrast. X2 phones generally don't have this feature, as this is targetted for youth.

So you decide to buy or not !!!
