It doesn't even have a countdown timer, so you have to install an extra app for that! LOL, how ridiculous is that... or look at the MP3 player interface on the Nokia C5... UGLY AS HELL!
S40 has limitations, ok, but first of all, these candybar style phones are not made for "real" or very much internet browsing (screen size), but for simple tasks it's more than sufficient. Opera Mini certainly will do the task.
What for do I need Youtube on a candybar phone? Or do I want to watch Youtube on a mobile at all? No.
What about VoIP? This is a PHONE :D it can make calls by itself! Get yourself another contract if your current one is crap. I don't need VoIP.
People, just realize that this is a nearly perfect phone for it's price and for it's target audience.
Someone complaining about the price? I can't hear anyone complain about it's price. So obviously the price is great.
Someone complaining about ""lacking features""? I do hear that a lot, but WAKE UP! Just realize that this phone isn't for you!!! It's just pathetic, wailing and whining about the fact that your money can't buy you all the features you want. If you think X3-02 is crap, just skip it, get an iPhone or some HTC or a Nokia E-series with S60! You can't afford that? Well, ok... not my problem. Stop whining. I love this phone and I'll buy it.

Downloading Apps from Ovi Store. Downloading MP3 files for the ausio player. Uploading 5 MP photos to flickr or whatever. Send emails with big attachments. That's what Wifi/3G is for, even in a "smartphone", because you can do all of this with the X3-02.
What's the need of wifi and 3G if it's not a smartphone.Just vice versa of Nokia 5250.They are just shuffling the specifications in their phones.
yah you're correct , it should have flash so that the pictures would be more clear
With 5MP it's a pity there's no autofocus. Still, great value for money.
..Nokia Fun.., 01 Sep 2010We are not complain. we only give some advices to make this phone more useful. A 5MP camera is... more@ ..Nokia Fun.. :
But it sounds very much like a complaint... of the sort "I don't want to pay anything, but I want everything".
I am sure anyone with higher requirements will find an appropriate phone in Nokia's product range. BUT, the thing is, it will be more expensive, and people don't want to pay for it! If Nokia would follow your "advices" and put a flash, they would have to cut away something else, for example WLAN/WiFi.
The X3-02 is one of the most attractive feature phones in Nokia's history: WiFi, 3G, Touchscreen, awesome design, incredibly flat, 5 MP camera, and so on, and all of it for only 150€ after taxes.
Nokia is a €40 billion company with more than 120.000 employees... you can bet they have done enough market research to be sure that A LOT of people WILL LIKE this phone. And obviously their research has found that barely anyone has a use for a weak one-LED "flash"... man, you can not even call these USELESS things a "flash". Even a $100 digital camera has a flash that is 100x more powerful... And who says that maybe this isn't a new generation of high-sensitivity photo sensor which does very well without flash?
PLEASE STOP DEMANDIG A FLASH. BY THIS TIME, THIS IS A FINISHED PRODUCT. ANYONE REMOTELY FAMILIAR WITH ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING OF A MASS PRODUCT KNOWS THAT NO CHANGES CAN OR WILL BE MADE NOW. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THIS PHONE, DON'T BUY IT. PERHAPS NOKIA WILL CHANGE THE ***NEXT*** MODEL IF NO ONE BUYS THIS PHONE. Which I doubt...
