afta reading everyones comments i wasnt sure whether to get this phone or not but i tuk a chance and got it. im really pleased with it, it seems that ppl who have left negative comments are talkin bout other models not bout the cocoon. sound quality is gr8, easy to use, display looks cool, massive memory. i wud definitly recommend! :-)

this mobile is weird looks cheap and nasty only available free on 35.00pm contracts only decent thing is the led lights display wow lets get a rave going lol o2 get a grip.

yes but the features of 02 ice is 7.8 and the 02 cocoon is 7.7 so that shows 02 ice is better.

this phone is obviously better then the o2 ice - anybody who can read can obviously see that this phone in comaprison is amazing!!!! the o2 ice is just a basic handset!!! this is far more than your average phone - its and alarm clock like no ther phone - its an amazing mp3 player - 2gb internal -thats 500mps on avg and 2gb expandable (free with o2)fm radio, 3g video calling, bluetooth, 15hr battery for mp3 player alone headphone splitter included so two people can listen at anytinme and ear bud headphones... 2mp camea is ok too - The best handset on the market for value for money and features!!!! - anyone who has posted a review that makes that handset sound rubbish obviously hasnt seen and used the phone - its very very good as you can see from the pics and specification - i rate it 8/10 - tip top phone!!!!

Hi guys!
I work at 02 and i got the chance to have a sneaky peak at this phone! I turned it on, and WOW the features are reli good! The music player is fantastic! And so much memory! Camera great! If you like this phone buy it. DONT listen to people who have'nt even seen this phone turned on, because i have and i no what it does and you lot dont, so shh! Want it BUY it!

this a warning to all those who are planning to buy o2 devices in the future! beware!
I am from India. I was happy using O2 phones such as the XDA II and the Atom so I decided to go in for another. I purchased an O2 XDA Stealth on Feb 12th 2007 and had immediately regretted the decision as I started facing a hell lot of problems in the device. Almost after a month of correspondence with O2 they sent me a replacement handset. I was happy until i opened the new unit. It had the same problems and some new. Again after long talks with O2 (Mr Keanu) they sent me another replacement promising me that this would work but it did not. Naturally I was very angry and frustrated. At this stage I ahd lost all faith in the Stealth and demanded O2 to give me some other handset for all the inconvienience that I have faced . After a series of talks with O2 Singapore(Mr Keanu) I received an Atom Exec. But my problems worsened! After a couple of days the Exec "died" ie it would not charge. when the charger was connected it would show full battery and when disconnected it would switch off and not switch on for days. Highly annoyed and frustrated I began my talks again with O2 and at the same time bought the O2 Zinc. That was another error from my side as the Zinc also had problems. Its indicator LED malfunctioned and the microphone gave out static. Those were horrible times for me having two defective handsets. O2 finally agreed to replace both these handsets and they did. So I have already used 3 Stealths, 2 Atom Execs and 2 Zincs. That adds up to 7 O2 phones in about five and a half months!!!
Well things dont end here. once again I am having problems with the Zinc such as the LED is malfunctioning, the speaker switches on automatically when a call is made, the speaker dies out, screen freezes..etc..
So to all those who are planning on investing their money on an O2 device please do not as the quality of O2 devices is degrading day by day and is no longer dependable as it once upon a time was.

looks very nice , easy to use , reallyreallyreally bad mp3 player , sound quality from the speakers is a joke , ok sounds good through the headphones but waste of time through the speakers , just like the o2 ice ........
and i work for o2 uk .... weve got it wrong again

Some of us at O2 are lucky enough to have these phones now, I read a post about call reception being bad, i've been using the phone for a couple of days now, and at home I get better reception than on my Nokia E65.
With 8gb Micro SD cards coming out, this phone gets even better, clear crisp user interface, if people take the time to have a good play on the phone, I dont think they'd be so quick to slag it off..Great bit of kit, I think O2 might have finally got it right with this handset!

the xda flame comez wid the goforce graphics card from nvidia [goforce is 4 handhelds] and nothin can beat that.. the videos u watch on it r dvd quality...

hi i work for o2 and i have seen this handset in action great peice of kit and its coming out in august as there are not that many calmshells phones this will defo be a belter.

I Work 4 o2 sales and we dont stack either the flame or the atom unfortunately. the only ones we stock are the trion, graphite and orbit. As far as i am aware we do not have any plans on stocking them either at this time.
