yes it does come with its own usb cable that u can plug either striaght in2 PC or phone charger plug!!
but honestly, the stress ive had so far tryin 2 get the damn ting to detect it... lil' help please...? ty x x

ok, big trouble guys, and i need your help!! I got my o2 Ice brand new 2day, installed the o2 PC suite tingy, nd for sum reason it wnt pick up the phone. The phone charges from the USB port (which i didnt kno it culd do lol) but when i open PC Suite it says not connected.
Ive tried connection manager, Help topics. YOUR MY LAST RESORT!! plz write bak!!

I really like the phone. Haven't had the same problem lots of you seem to be having with the ring volume, but I do have my set on loud. Had great customer service from O2. COntacted them about my 30 day welcome pack that you get when you sign up, as I couldn't download any games let alone get one for free!! The O2 download site doesn't work for the ice so they gave me £5 credit instead. However, I can't find any sites to download games from. Anyone got any info on any sites that do accept our handset????

i have this fone have been happy up to now, it won't let me send via blue tooth every time i try to connect to another fone it goes into "recovery"
i have used bluetooth on this fone so i don't understand why now i can't, which makes me think its something i have done .please help..

if you keep inserting and taking it out a few times, that works, but if you turn the fone off then back on it wont reconise it ... =( if you understood any of that..

Does anybody know how to get the memory card to work in the phone. The phone shows that it has been inserted, but reads nothing from it.

hello...i bought this phone on monday and i seem to have a problem in installing anything on it...i can't install any software because i can't find any and games i haven't been able to instal bcause the phone doesn't accept extensions like .jar....jad or J2ME
coult u please help me out and giving me some info sites were i could find out about all the thing that can be installed on the phone

Just found out how to use ur own mp3s as a ringtone, thanks to Manda. I did what u said about multiple select but just copied from memory card to phone. U cant do em from the memory card. In options pick multiple select, highlight the song u want the select Copy(or move) to phone and hey presto. Thanks again Manda

I just bought the Ice from the o2 shop with the free bluetooth headset and 1gb card. It is quiet but u do realise that it is set on low volume go into the settings and turn it up. It is also VERY loud through the headphones. My only problem is how to set a mp3 file as a ringtone or message tone. When I try it says "setting not allowed". I had no problems doing this with x3 and x4 so can any1 offer the solution. Also u should be aware that the sim card that comes with the Ice is 3g enabled so if you use your own sim from a non 3g o2 phone like I have u won't be able to make video calls. Any help for the ringtone problem would be much appreciated thanks.
