Potentially a good phone but software problems make it unreliable.Had mine repaired 3 times in 6 months and now once again I've discovered I can't access my photos any more. Will get it fixed one more time then stick it on Ebay!

dont buy dis phone you'll regret it.
prone to software malfunctioning and with so
many bugs too. the os installed in it is not that good.

i have got a o2 ice but it says when i try to send something through bluetooth it always says redirecting then my phone go of plz help asap oh if u want to byt my phone u can but bluetooth wont work ok.

Anyone having problems with playing music files; 'Phone says waiting and does nothing else'. You have to go to Multimedia Media Player, My playlist, options and create a playlist of the music you want. Then select and play from that screen.
I don't know why it does it, but thats the way around it.

Same what happen to the comment posted underneath my comment. After i change th name of one of my fine, it said "waiting" and until now. it says waiting, and i cant open my picure and mage files. what should i do with this? please help. Its a great phone i guess!

Hi All,
I am using O2 ice for last 1 year and having problems as below:
1. Speaker ring is very low
2. I don't have CD to install plugin to Use USB.
3. My Call log is not working given blank details.
Please help me, if someone is having any solution for my above queries.
