This phone was made for people who don't want an all frills phone. It's also very useful for business users due to battery life and also who do not allow camera phones to be used in their company. A lot of businesses don't allow this for security purposes. Look at the bigger picture people. At least the phone won't pick up the software 'issues' that many Nokia phones seem to pick up when they cram their phones full of rubbish software that crashes.

Number 1 this phone has bluetooth for headset only and not for anything else.
Number 2 no camera
Number 3 the large memory is not for mp3 ringtones (what a waste)
Number 4 the screen is wrotten.
Only saving grace is battery time in which case you might as well have bought an old 3310 or 3410 and have money left in your purse for a bottle of perfume or wine.
Forget this one better options around girls.

Cannot open emails over 600 words long with this phone - not that useful for business. I'm changing mine for a Nokia.

Nothing makes me rage more than running out of battery life - i'm a business woman, and need to make calls when i need to, not when the phone battery allows! I bought one and find it so easy to use, the battery is truly fantastic, you get loads of accessories in the box - which was a pleasant bonus! So what if it's not the sexiest device on the planet - it does a great job for me and i never miss those important calls. I think it's pretty good with coverage too - connects in places my others havent.

bought phone yesterday£50 o2 shop..including docking station.. charger, car charger and software in the biggets oddest box ever(see it to believe it!)phone does exactly what it says on the label.. call, text wap and bluetooth,, no more no less.it is excellent! anyone happy with these features is in for a treat as battery lasts forever.terxting slightly slow but good big buttons for ease of use.wap is good although call volume seemed a little low. has external dedicated switch for vibrate silent or normal which is very useful.highly reccommended, still can't get over the low price!
