hi.has anyone had the screen crack for no reason.it has happened to two of my phones,and the cracks are almost identical,making me think it is a fault

Hi you need to follow the instructions on pages 110/111 in the o2X1b handbook. Also follow the instructions for pairing in the Bluetooth handbook, its basic but works fine. The bluetooth only work the headset, nothing else.

I had the previous model to the X1B and I don't believe there have been any major changes. A few more ringtones, wallpapers and colour of the phone has changed but not that great after all. Bit disappointed that bluetooth wasn't what I thought it was.

Can anyone tell me if they have had trouble getting the bluetooth working and if so how they sorted it our?ot the bluetooth working?
Have just brought the phone and a separate headset but they will not connect together. The phone initially recognises the BT headset but when I select it to connect the phone says it can't find a headset!

this phone is sold as a benQ phone in Singapore..know as m315..its the cheapers bluethooth phone..witha free blue tooth heasset inbox!not a bad deal though

This phone is not so good, you have to buy a headset to get the bluetooth to work. The camara quality is very poor. Its a good design but not a great phone if you want decent quality.

Dis phone is ok sumtimes, but da riongtones are quite crap, and wots da point in saying its got bluetooth wen its not da 1 where you can recieve things from other pep's phones!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this phone back in late July.
It been in twice for repair and replaced once.When i need to i get phone anyone and the same them for me.My txts dnt always arrive to them nor them to me.I dont have half the things i was ment to be given with the phne.The internet doesnt work.I and it costing me a fortune to even get in contact with the company.

it dose have blue tooth but is only for a hands free kit not to get stuff off other peoples phone

It's a great phone! Takes a bit of getting used to because it's O2's own brand but still good. However, the bluetooth only works for headsets, it does not have infrared and you can't turn off the annoying sounds when you turn it on or off. Excellent camera quality though and not bad to use. Perhaps a little slow going between menus.

yes it does have bluetooth and yes do get it! its a great phone and remember to switch the camera to high quality for full affect.
