My phone charge does not stays more than 4-5 hours......is it the battery problem or its normally happens with all the atoms......Plz sum1 let me inform as soon as possible...this set charge does not stays for long...Is there any official/ unofficial service centre in Mumbai for O2. My email is gksrbi@rediffmail.com This is very urgent. I am facing this problem despite of changing battery.

I have an O2 Xda Atom and have cracked the LCD -the phone still works thanks to the buttons to help manouvre . Is there a possibility to replace the LCD and what is the cost please

All you have to do is get back to the service centre and ask them to reload the latest MS OS Mob Appl. 5.0 it'll work fine. And for additional software download it from any O2 site. Incase the battery life is bad don't dump the phone instead get a new battery of any make other than Taiwan.

I no longer can make or recieve phone calls. The Sim card works. Took it to a dealer where it funnily enough worked, though he suggested it was a software issue. (it no longer works) Has anyone fixed this problem?

I have O2 atom since 2007, and have problem about blink signal. I didn't understang about that problem and have repaire SIM card socket to solve that problem. Please assist me to solve this problem.

HELP!! Since a couple of days I cannot make or receive calls anymore. Error message: the operation failed - and nothing happens. SIMcard does work in other phones. Is it possible to re-install programs and if so, Where do I get those and how does that work? Device worked fine for several years. Anyone there with tips or advise? Pls mail to ouwerkrk@planet.nl
