If you are from Malaysia, I simply discourage you to buy this phone. There is no O2 service center currently in Malaysia. Any evaluation and repairing needs to be done by a 3rd party agent, which provides horrible customer care.
My main problem is that the quality control simply isn't there. Some people had fantastic units which behaved well, mine was a brat.
The unit get simply way to hot when using bluetooth, wifi or when even charging. It got so hot I could feel it burning thru my jeans after about using 15minutes using the hands free bluetooth set. And screen eventually cracked with some prior notice.
When I sent it to the 3rd party agent to get it repaired or evaluated, they simply refuse to get back to me and report the problem. After hounding them daily for 3 weeks only they said that under "normal operating conditions" the unit was fine. They just simply implied I am a liar when I asked how a problem so persistent for 7 months could disappear.
So I don't recommend getting this phone if you are from Malaysia considering there is no O2 service center.

Hello can anyone help me I don´t get any connection to my phone operator the message say´s "A wireless radio must be attached to use the phone" ? what to do?

Hi!
Anyone who knows how to use the wi-fi utility of O2 xda? I can detect wireless networks with CONNECTED stats but when i go to internet explorer to surf the net, this message prompts: "The page cannot be found. Check the name and try again." Can anyone tell me why is it like this? Or what would be the possible cause why cant I connect?

I have one of the O2 atom executive device i need windows mobile6 thro email or message via device immidiately and another query is even if the device switch off light is blinking and battery should charge very frequelently what is the remedy for this.

gr8 WM phone...I have been useing my O2 atom exec for two years now..but O2 gives no support anymore in India now...hard to get upgrades, even a replacement battery. I have a flickering LCD display ...enable to see & reply to my emails..not able to get serviced..

Just get the battery replaced. Further pls see that there are no programs running, while your O2 phome is idle.

Hi, My Atom Exec is unable to play sounds(notification, alarm,media player)but on incoming call ringer sound os playing...Dont know what went wrong ,whether software or hardware problem. I tried hard reset and rom upgrade also but no use... if any solution please help me out....
