hi guys.... im a new o2 atom exec user... can somebody teach me how use the zoom for the camera. is their a software update for the camera? please help guys...

Nothing special... you must protect your motherboard extremely... the price more high than the phone ! for all user, think twice for continue using this phone. i recommended for sale this phone NOW !!!

i am using this phone more then 7 month but the problem is that the flight mode switch on and off automaticlly and the wi fi doesnt work somtime i cant on my wi fi somtiems its get on aoutomaticlly there is any one to tell me whats shoul i do with this phone

For the one below me:

Atom got a mainboard which is poorly made, if you experience that mic/speaker problem, I can guess that you're using headset so much. I'm having the same problem now, some said I need to crack the phone open and rejoin the interconnects using solder and stuff..

can somebody help me with this- i have this problem- the receiver in the other end cannot hear my voice though I can hear very well-??something wrong in the mic??

On the SMS notification, until now i dont know how to do that. I change the music to WMA, but still cannot do it.

It was not listed as the alarm tone for notification.

I bought mine on nov 07, used it for 2 weeks and the phone keep dying on me.. IE Really dead. u cant received phone call sms etc.

Send it back to claim the warranty. I get it back 1 month later.

Now working fine...they replaced my ram for free....!! Yea!

Now no hang or phone died problem. working very well.

Just Extra careful when downloading 3rd party software. if it not compatible, you will have problem with your phone.

Purchased this phone for less than 6 months and (1)battery cannot even charge up to 10% just recently (i use the phone only during weekends for surfing internet and miscosoft word); (2)the phone hangs although less than 4 applications are turned on, so i will have to power off then take out battery, put back battery and power on again. Even on my first day when i used the (3)phone function the speaker function (ie. handsfree) never works up to today. On top of all these, (4)the alarm rings as and when it wished to ie either before or a few hours after its set time. WHAT DO I DO IF (5)THE SERVICE CENTRE IN SINGAPORE AT PARCO BUGIS SHOPPING CENTRE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO O2 OWNERS , AS POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE AND 2ND-HAND SHOPS HAVE COMMENTED AND ADVISED ??? PLS REPLY RESPONSIBLY TO ALL ABOVE 5 COMPLAINTS, MR O2 IN-CHARGE. THANK YOU.

dont upgrade to wm6 no matter what in case u need that just add a skin ..

first according to sms tone just copy the ring tone as .wav to the windows then go to sounds and notifications and assign it.second the pocket pc does not turn off third this is the perfect phone well designed and it will not let u down but there is one thing the camera is not that good and we need more coloured covers.

This is my first time to post my doubt here. I bought this phone about 6 months ago. And now, I feel a bit bored because I can't find the way to upgrade its softwares. Can anybody please tell me some sources to download its softwares? Thanks beforehand.

Have this phone for over a month, and I just love it, the ony thing i'm still trying to figure out is that many of the poket pc software I install, don't work saying not a valid poket pc application,even skype for poket pc, someone said the default software from O2 might be interfering, and might have to restore to factory default. apart from that,one confusing thing, the clock I' had to adjut twice so far, as it lags behind. Overall, no major problems, and its cool
