I experience System Down- I cant Use my Bluetooth in Transferring Data... Its Hard To Turn-On again even though Baterry is Full... What a Scrap!

hey, i just got this phone off my mate and it is lasting me about 4-5 hours with like 4 days charge. i work at batter world and got the best battery and charged it how it was supposed to be charged and ive given it a boost charge but its doing shit all. im trying to delete some programs like Microsoft word ect. but i am unable to find how to delete it.
any answers would be great thanks

its a good 1 but i cant find how to expand its random memory. im getting used to it, the problem is 6.5 windows mobile doesnt support much programs or application. still its very nice to have, look, and owned 1.

I have O2 atom exec with 1Giga external memory, my lovely gadget has aupgrade to wm 6.1
and now I would 2 upgrade my external memory by 4/8 giga, is it possible and absolutely without problemo (stable)
please suggest me.....thankz
