I have bought the 02 xda Atom Life just 1 month. i having problem on the battery which evry fast the power go down. sometime it only less 7 hours even my usage not even high or seldown usi it. let me know to save the battery energy. today i have problem un able to on and the battery fill every hot. please advice

hi guys, i will buy XDA atom life. but i'm not really sure about after sales in Indonesia & about performance this XDA. Please give me advice or recomend best XDA if i want to buy?

recently i by Phone but the battery i put off posision also next day going to down the power. also internet wireless i put also cant get any things to the net.please give me advice. thank you

a phone with a 620mhz processor and a 64MB of RAM?? what are they thinking, or are they thinking at all? ever heard of bottle-neck? geeez, if only they put in 128 of ram to this baby it would be a kick@ss PDA

Hi,I bought this phn from Starhub Singapore during the last IT show held at Suntec, features-packed, handsome little phn. However I must say this phone is not for the uninitiated. I have no issues with any of the screen, short batt life issues etc mentioned by others..except that the handset speaker is on the softer side, i.e. incoming calls sound a little soft. My batt life with the default batt last 1.5days with normal usage, taking calls, send msgs, wifi surfing now and then, bluetooth headset connected. With rgds to the self-shutting prob when batt is low, its means the batt is faulty. If under warranty, change it and the prob will be solved. Loudspeaker volume can be magnified greatly by switching on SRS, phone hanging problem is due to low mem..all WM devices face this prob. Upgrade to WM6, install sktools, it has a utility to free up unused ram, ur phone will never hang again. Also note if the 3rd party apps should they have conflicts..If u like apple iphone UI, get SPB mobile shell, alittle tweak and bingo =) Plenty of backup apps out there to backup PIM and msgs. There are plenty of settings u need to master and tweak. Get a portable hp charger and u can chat like nobody biz. If you can learn to do all that, u will absolutely loved the phn and never go for other phone imho. Cheers!

I should of read these comment before buying O2 Atom Life. The phone just quit on me after 4 days of using. It was frozen at first, and then failed on soft boot and hard boot. O2 service is bad. I called from USA to Singapore and I was put on hold over 30 minutes but still no answer. The seeo2 email server kept show up with time out error... my 4 days O2 is now just like a brick on my desk. so sad !!! I bought this O2 from a company on Ebay, no return, no exchange ...

Yes it hangs all the time.
Recently i experienced another issue.
say i dialed a number and thought of make the call later and press the red color button. I pressed it so many times but the display shows still i m dialing the number. After 3-4 minutes its automatically disconnecting. Its a mess now.

I loved this phone, untill the mini-usb port broke off of the motherboard. THIS SUCKS! now I have a useless phone!

oh yeah,everytime i accept a call. i only can speak with the other party for only 30 seconds. when i confirm to 02 Service center at singapore (and i must wait for 1+ month) they say, the phone has no problem in it. only the right speaker is dead.
when i try tell my problem to my cellular provider, they refresh my number, but still, i "enjoyed" this 30 second talking problem..
HELP ME PLEASE...

can everyone tell me how to function the reminder, because my reminder can't run and the java is missing and i don'tknow the reason. someone help me please.
i dissapointed with the guarantee,because when i want to buy it,the seller said it is international guarantee.but, at the fact,it is only indonesia guarantee.and at Indonesia, 02 doesn't has a service center. it is so DISSAPOINTING.

all accepted. I exprnced the same...low bat life and phone get stuck all the time.i did a latest ROM upgrade also..but didnt work out..
bought it frm Singapore, and i m so dissapointed wth this now. now i decided to replace battery and see.

I have bought this phone in Jan2008. basically i found this phone is good. With normal usage battery life will last for 2 days.. ONLY that sometime will easily self-off when the battery is low...

Can any body share with me, how is get the WM support traditional chinese character entry..

Looks like this Phone has a lots of faulty such as screen problem, can't hear the other end talking, short batt life.

Does anyone has bought this phone in these few months(3 months back) and feel that this phone already been improved ?

I bought this phone back in may last year, and was working fine for three months, and then the screen began to start freezing reguarly, the SD card wouldn't read, and batery life was shocking. From May through to December I had four handset replacements of the same model, and they have all failed within weeks. I tried to tell o2 this, and they are under the impression that their phones are immune to getting faults. So fine buy this phone if you want a brick or a paper weight, as after a few weeks or maybe if you are lucky months that is all they are good for.

i am using this phone for one year now. really great phone no problems at all. except sometime battery only last 10 minute on full charge and phone usually hang about 10 time a day. and no one can hear me when i am talking and i cant hear them. but other than this, excellent phone no problems with it at all.

I am using O2 XDA Life PDA. Its been one year, no particular issue, i just got an issue that during call I do not hear caller voice or vice versa. When I use headphones, I can communicate and listen to songs as well. I appreciate if get tips to fix it.
