You can change the sorting order with the select menu in the messager, it's right there. The camera does not suck. It's actually pretty good quality, but the shutter speed delay is a problem. It's ok to move your hands abit after you press the button, just make sure you're still when you hear the "ka chee!" sound of the camera.

The speakers are still notoriously weak though, though it's quite an improvement from the previous atom exec. Everything else is just top notch.

If someone can tell me for sure the machine can be upgraded to WM6, I buy it.

Agree... the camera is suck due to the delay. Average take 5-8 seconds from the button press until shuttle sound. In between if ur hand shake ..then your photo will be blur. Pre-installed with softwares. Anyway, you can read review at http://www.mobile88.com/mobile.../reviews.asp

I bought the o2 atom life yesterday, its quite a complicated fone, why arent the text messages in order of the date recieved?, how can we change that? camera sucks, speaker also sucks, but its well organized, the organizer is very good. pretty fast fone. And just wondering how can I change the ringtone? overall i think is good but too expensive so not worth it.

Used for 5 days and I sold it off....The phone has got lots of bells and whistle. But the battery cannot handle the load. IF you need to make alot of calls and do browsing....You must buy two batteries. The battery cannot last more than 20hrs.

I got my O2 Life a week ago, I am using t-mobile service, I don't have any problem calling out but some people having problem calling me. Anybody know why?

I've used Dopod 810 and 838 Pro before. The Atom Life processing is really fast. However, the battery span is not as good as Dopod.

The Customer Service is the worst you can get.
As the 02 website states, the Atom Life comes with Value Added Applications. (CodeWallet Pro, WorldMate)

The CodeWallet Pro was in Trial Version. I called the 02 Customer Service and they will look into the matter. After a week, I called again and there wasn't any news. Waited for another week and called again. And they told me it's Trial Version and they cannot do anything about it. I asked them to define what's Value Added Application and they say they cannot do anything about it.

As far as I am concern, Dopod have a better Customer Support.

In conclusion, all I can say about 02 is "A first class phone with third class customer support."

I know this is not a DOPOD review , i decide to get DOPOD 810 over O2 Atom LIfe. Just not worth the money. You have to add extra money just to have their processor speed and 1GB ROM but the problem still there , hang a lot , hunger for battery. I guess will get DOPOD 810 in afew days .. .

hello arlee, good you asked.. this pda is only good because of its size and memory.. but camera is not so good for its price, you better get a nokia n95 or htc or dopod pda units. for n95 definitely very good camera both for stills and video, for htc/dopod, above average camera much better than O2 atom life, much functions and upgradable to WM6 for free.. I have my atom life a few days ago, but have to resell because of too much dissapointments.. look at the voting results, way down than htc/dopod and nokia n95.. dont loose your money for this expensive brick..

Heloo my name is aralee, I just want to ask anybody abaut 02 liffe, how abaout quality for video cam, and photo quality, can u send file, mp3 or else via blootooth,and mp3 for masssge ringtone like a nokia

this is a great PDA! battery life is not as worse as been discussed, OS is very stable for daily usage, so far so good, no problem, and it is blisstering fast!

Dopod is better. More value for $. The OS for O2 life hangs too much for me. I asked the sales person for info and he urged me to go for a Dopod.

I read some review about atom LIFE . Same problem it hung and hunger for battery power. I been waiting for atom life to be release . Now my chance to get one . The problem that scared me . This is not a cheap PDA. Man now i am looking back to DOPOD 810 . I have till end of this month to make my decision. I need to get all pros and cons. Atom dont have GPS correct? Atom LIFE user help me , convince me to buy atom life .. Or else i'll go for DOPOD 810 .. I can save RM500..

Thanks very much for your input . Since the bat life suck for Atom thats something to consider. Say you are a heavy user , u use wifi to brows internet , check email how long the bat will last ?
I am considering Dopod 810 but the power that LIFE provide make me very very want to own it . It will be a tough decision .. Darn i need more help here hehhehe

Dopod 810 is better. Lets face it...if the battery of the Life sucks, what is the point of owning it?

I also used to be the same with you. I can not decide between D810 and Atom Life.

But please believe me. After I finally decide to buy Atom Life, you will never regret it.

Before buying, I tried both unit for a few hours and finally I can make up my mind.

Atom Life is much better but battery life is sucks !

i bought atom life yesterday.... it is very fast... and i put 2GB memory card on it. And it work.... now i have totaly 3GB ..... just less than iPOD.... now i have pocket pc, phone, internet browser, camera, and iPod like media player...
