i have had the o2 mini s on payg for a while now and have no problems - however the battery ran flat yesterday (i normally charge prior to running flat) - whe i put the charger in it shows no sign it is charging - and in fact i left in on all night and the device sometimes turns on the 1 or 2 seconds then goes off - i have tried the soft reset - but still it will not turn on - any ideas

Been using the mini for over a year now.It is fantastic, until recently I used the handsfree kit ! The phone now works only in the handsfree mode despite removing the handsfree. tried rebooting - restarting .. which am sure works most of the time. But nothing happens.. please help.

i bought a phone very similar to this one from t-mobile and i think its very outstanding. it has so many programs i always use in school. also the wifi thing rocks! i dont need to pay $30 every month for the internet even though it is a little bit slow. i'm still loving it!

This mobile is great. If you want a mixture of pda and mobile it's really enough. You can browse the internet easily, but sometimes I miss some call. The biggest problem is that sometimes when I remove it from my pocket it starts getting confused fliping the display from normal do keyboard mode and I end up missing the call. It's not that usual, but happens. And I think the quality of the phone is great. Never undertood why sometimes people complain about it at the reviews. As it's using windows, sometimes it crashes, but not that often.
