the phone doesn't support gprs settings available in india they(airtel,aircel etc) simply say "use branded phones to avail gprs"
can anyone tell the other way to connect to gprs?

OK , I have found that Google maps can show location without GPS.

In Technical Specification of O2 XDA Neo there is no inbuilt GPS receiver. Some days ago I was in Bikaner.
I was using Google maps on my O2. Suddenly I pressed the "0" . GPS navigation had started. A blue dot started blinking with my location in Bikaner.
My result is O2 XDA has inbuilt GPS receiver
