They fixed the problem for me after 2 mins for free.. just like charge the battery for me for a while ... hehehe..

the installation cd which i recieved from my dealer has its language in german...

so im not able to install it..

help me out plzz

To Ria : Your battery wasnt dead. The Operating System sucked.

About the charger, I mentioned. That's a kind of equipment for technical support shop. Once I emptied the battery of my windows mobile phone ( 2003se ), then it didnt charge.. after hand over a technician at phone shop, it runs smooths within 2 mins. They already know that bug, u'll see.

The problem, finding a phone shop with technical support.

And donot empty your battery next time, It wouldnt charge again.

Your battery was empty.
For a technical support, To resolve very easy and fast.

They pull out your battery and stimulate it for a while with a specialized charger, and now it's not empty, and could be charged normally by your charger.

I just bought this phone 2 days ago and I've got a problem when connecting my XDA phone to PC. The PC doesn't reckon my phone at all, i tried to find a driver for it but it's not included in the CD I've got from the shop. There are only 2 programs in that CD: PDF Viewer and GPRS Monitor. But I already installed MS Active Sync.

Anyone knows how to sort out this problem?

I know it was a mistake to buy the o2 xda neo its in german even if i bought it from india!!!
I did found the softwear as well as manual in english.... now 2nd problem

My battery was totaly dead i lost my charger i could not put the phone in charger for 10days .... Now i bought a new charger same as old one ,,,,, i put it to charge it for 24hrs.... its not working.....Anayone help me to reset the phone .... I kind of did translet the german to english and found to do rest you have to press camera commmanager and thn reset it ... it is not working?? am i doing wrong thing pls NEED HELP!!!!!! I FEEL LIKE I WANA THROW THAT DAMM PHONE IN GARBAGE... TOO EXPENSIVE CAN"T DO IT

i just bought last week xda neo .generally i am satisfied with this pda . but i am having problem with the battery. it will run out of power within 20 hours for standby.what should i do?In the manual book state that:

Charge the battery
New batteries are shipped partially charged. Before you can use your device, you need
to install and charge the battery. Some batteries perform best after several full charge/
discharge cycles.

what is mean by several full charge/discharge i mean for how many time my battery will work at its best performance.
I also have read from various from about neo
and many peole also havin the same problem like me.But till now no solution is founded.
hope somebody will help us.
