crossmap.com says that the OnePlus One lite comes with a;
- Snapdragon 615
- 2GB RAM
- 8Megapixel Camera(don't know if it's 4K)
I dont know if this is a upgrade or a downgrade(the "lite" actually tells the truth)
Anonymous, 07 Jul 2015When i was 13 my father gave me a 5000rs to buy a phone. Though i was so curious in phones tha... moreYou saved money for a long time to buy a good smartphone, then I personally suggest you don't go with Opo ,Xiaomi or One Plus One ,it's better for you to go for a quality product like Nexus Series or Motorola series,Lg G2 is also a good one.You may also consider Sony Z series. But avoid Samsung smartphone.
My oneplus one was not working as it became ver hot and ilost all data. I had to sent banglore for repair from Goa. I received. It after month. After receiving and using. For 3 days. Its lower half of touchpad not working and since its password. Protected I cant unlock. It. Don't buy opo.
My one+one is not working properly as the listener can't listen your voice cracks regularly but if you are hands free then it works OK. But its seems to be not a exact cell to buy.
Sakthi-Kanchi, India, 21 Jul 2015Since from the minute the SIM card inserted, it shows no network coverage... I thought, I mad... moreWell a you guys who keep complaining about defective piece on arrival please do urself a favor next time and see the seller policy and do not buy any stuff from any seller if they do not have at least a 30 day defective piece buyback. On the other hand if you have used the phone over a month and then you face issues then let us know. We want to know the performance of the phone and not the reviews of the seller who sold you the phone.
From what I could summarize is.
1. Phone performance including battery is simply awesome.
2. Cons: after sales service is bad.. Well that goes for all non top brands. I.e. micromax, spice, Asus etc etc.. All bad customer service
Sakthi-Kanchi, India, 21 Jul 2015Since from the minute the SIM card inserted, it shows no network coverage... I thought, I mad... moreI too got the same problem....it says that no network even I Inserted a valid sim and even cannot access internet too...
Since from the minute the SIM card inserted, it shows no network coverage... I thought, I made a mistake on software setting. Done with all settings guided by supplier. All are gone to vain. Nightmare since last one week using this phone... every one who calls me have same compliant... that cannot hear.. voice break... Ridiculus equipment... Waste of money....
Gilles, 21 Jul 2015OnePlus does not seem to be serious at all about their touchscreen issues.
My personal experi... moreyou guys should buy from aliexpress instead like i did if your phone has problem you can easily send it back to supplier and they will change and send a good one.
never try to buy from oneplus store on their website
HEy ! I want to buy a Oneplus One 16 gb fone , what is the procedure ? I live in Pakistan . Is it possible ?
OnePlus does not seem to be serious at all about their touchscreen issues.
My personal experience is terrible: I recently purchased a OnePlus online and immediately found it defective with a large section of the touchscreen insensitive making it impossible to use the keyboard.
OnePlus customer support answer has been dismal: I have been bounced back through 4 different people, some asking for details that I already provided.
In complained to them within 24 hours of receiving the defective phone, telling them very explicitly that I refused to take possession of the phone and that the goods were still at risk with them, which under the relevant laws effectively means that there is no ownership transfer.
OnePlus keep trying to pretend that I should return the phone at my cost. This is totally wrong under HK Sales of Goods Ordinance. I pointed the article of laws to them but they keep ignoring them and trying to make up their own laws.

After just a couple weeks my touch scree... moreevery companies have one or two devices like yours in the world it doesnt mean if yours have problems all others are same too, mine working pretty well after a year and a half and after upgraded to cm12 it became fantastic. the battery is even more great that mate 7 and the speed of system and internet is much more faster than before.
so before coming and suggesting everyone not to buy a phone which you only have problem with it show yours to oneplus service center
This phone is garbage. Cheap price for a cheap phone. After just a couple weeks my touch screen started failing. During typing a text the app will close and four more open up without even pressing a button. The main camera does not work. It will only focus on macro focal length and nothing else. The battery will randomly die out from 60% or more battery life. I live in Chicago and do not have AC in my car. Putting this phone in anything over 80F causes it to heat up so much it burns to touch. I have had this phone for seven months and am still trying to get the One Plus customer service to RMA it. Step after step they have me do useless things like take pictures from every angle, install log readers, etc. Now they want me to do a remote session in which they will install things onto my phone, which I have already tried twice. Not only do I have to wait a couple more weeks for that appointment, doubtful it will work. I am pretty sure they just want to run me around until the warranty is up and they can make up some excuse. I have had these problems since I got my One Plus and have never dropped or damaged it in anyway. This is ridiculous and I DO NOT suggest this phone for anyone.
