1- Step by step guide to root the phone(UK-version if thats impt).
2- Step by step guide on installing Google play store(Im assuming phone has to be rooted).
3- Is it true that there is only 3gb for apps and is there a way around this?
4- Would I have to install the latest version (?Kit-kat) manually or is it done automatically?

Don't reduce the RAM usage. On windows, full RAM is bad. On Android, full RAM is good. You can Google it if you want to further your knowledge, but I recommend just leaving it alone.
I have one more query, my mobile RAM is occupied more than 70%,How to reduce the RAM utilization.
I am from India.I have one doubt,In indian website showing processor is Snapdragon 800, not 801.Kindly confirm any one.
