Hi! It seems that your speaker volume is set to low. Try the following: During the call, press the up button or the upper side button until the volume is high enough. Hope this Helps :)

Practically the only thing that causes freezes with palm are rouge 3rd party programs. In case anyone here experiences this, you could check out some forums for their suggested applications and see if yours is part of the list, if not remove it. Anot...
