This is a very good phone...But I think it will perfect fine in U.S since this will be carried by SPrint Network.. Theres no specific date of the lunch but if not JUne it will be July..You have to look out for its charger..It verryy Cooolll!!

While this is a very well designed phone and will be full of the usual Palm innovations, it is (like the iPhone), really targetted at the US and will be technically obsolete in Europe by June. Just compare the specs to the Samsung Omnia HD for example that has a massive OMLED display, 8MP camera, HD video recording and enough screen real estate to emulate much of WebOS through the browser. I think the Pre will do well in the US, but here, people will gravitate towards Android and the Nokia N97, in particular after the Samsung i7500 Android handset arrives. Palm should have upped the spec of the camera and included an FM radio. Currently, the phone is too much about business (so going against the Blackberry) and not enough about fun.

This phone is NO-WHERE NEAR ugly.... You people need to get out more. iPhone is NOT the only phone in the world. Personally speaking, WebOS makes OSX appear outdated.

...Plain & simple.

yes this is great new rival has come...

needs more support..
like iphone.. a lot of facebook apps can run in iphone..
and a lot of games..
like bb now has more apps can be use..

only powerfull phone.. not great enough..

How can anyone rate this phone yet? no one has actually used one. As for the bloke who said get a nokia... you stick to you completely useless nokia and ill stick to buying proper smart phones.
