To reply to the previous opinion - please look at the dates before writing such things!!!
This phone is about 6 (SIX) YEARS old!!! Of course that it was very expensive back then.
When it was introduced, it was the most powerful smartphone available and many users praise it because of its user friendly interface and excellent performance.
It is an excellent phone even by todays standard.
And regarding its design - I think that it is really beautiful!

Hi all,
This is my first posting here, I bought a Treo 180 in Dec 2004, was a good choice then, and I still feel good about choosing it then.
The only trouble now is the lid in broken and I still want to get it fixed, anyone ever faced the problem with the broken lid to answer the phone, if yes kindly advice,

I can't connect to the web, through this model, what I can do? the GPRS is updated already and its connecting good. but cant able to browse. The product is very good for businessman, I am one of the proud owner

nice high tech futuristic design...black gives things a high tech feel....i know somebody who has one....got a lot of aaplications for it and done a lot of gret things with it....one of the few PDA models with a keypad of its own.

You cannot expect a whole lot from a phone that is already 3 years old. It is not made to be a multimedia machine but rather an organizational tool. However, I've gotten it to play movies and view pictures in a fairly decent manner. (grayscale) I have found it to be an excellent tool and it serves my purposes.
