If Palm people would pull their heads out of their backsides they would make a mint by adding WiFI, A 3 Mp Camera and more internal memory, also upgrade screen to 262k colors.

And STAY with the PALM OS instead of Windows Mobile.

The Treo 650 is my favorite if they would add those things it would be the PERFECT phone.

Guess Palm doesn't want to make a profit.

Dipsh*ts!!

And one more thing, drop the WM5 and stick to palm OS, it has its flaws, but their is a certain market that doesnt want to use WM5, if palm just starts paying as much attention to their hardware as what they do on their phone exterior, stylus etc they wont look back. (the perfect pda ofcourse would be a treo650 with wlan, 3g, edge, java support out the box and a better camera, if nokia can stick all that in one of their crappiest phones, y cant palm?)

palm has the greatest "feel" of any phone ive ever owned, a solid PDA with a great finish. (i had an i-mate k-jam for 6 months and the the paint peeled the logo came off, the stylus kept sliding out - crap crap crap). Anyway, if palm just gets their ui department to create a more flowing system with better specs it will be the best pda/phone on the market.

this is the one of the worst products ever.
sooooooo buggy. even alarm does not work fine. speaker turn off by itself sometime until hard reset the device. this is shame for palm and have to learn a lot from htc (but on cover there is made in taiwan, no sure is not htc :)

next update needs 400/500mhz cpu, correct resolution, wifi (definetly). Of course also gps would be a nice addon, but not neccesary. Then would buy :)

Hey Brandon

the information here in gsmarena is correct!

this phone has HSDPA
maybe your service provider doesnt support HSDPA speed thats why you only get regular 3G or UMTS speed.

my friend owns this phone and his service provider supports HSDPA.

I agree the Treo 750 is 10 times better than the Treo 680, in my opinon its one of the best GSM Windows Mobile phone with a touchscreen. But this information is not correct it isn't HDSPA its UMTS based.

Treo 750 over 680 any day!!!!!

I have owned them both....both have their advantages; 750 has a few more..if you want to sync with an exchange server for email, 750 is where it's at. If you pick the 680, all you get is your In Box..no sent items, no drafts, no subfolders of the inbox; not to mention push sucks for the 680. The phone will beep at you every 60 seconds telling you to sync, what good is that.
As for Bluetooth connectivity: Telenav, a GPS navigation software - use it with a bluetooth GPS reciever for the 750 and 680. if you use the 680, you CANOT use the GPS while on a voice call (with a bluetooth ear piece); The 750 will let you use multiple bluetooth devices at a time... EG: your driving down the road in a strange area using your GPS to navigate you, you get a phone call, with the 750, press the button on the ear piece (which answeres the call), while on the phone, simply press the start button, select Telenav, and your back where you left off...on a voice call while your GPS is showing you the way to your destination..you CANNOT do this with the 680, I promise....I owned it for 2 weeks and dumped it.

Treo 750 wins hands down over the 680, and I have more to back it up..

They use Windows Mobile to cope with market demand of course, for Palm release GSM and CDMA version of most of it's device.

Hey,don't get me wrong, I just want people to be more reasonable about their negative comment on Palm OS, I never think WM is bad. It's more the matter of personal preference,i guess.

This phone is terible it has less flash memory and has a slower processor and its sceen has less pixels than the Treo 680. The Treo 680 is sooo much better than the 750. My friend had one and got so fed-up with windows mobile bought a Treo 680 2 weeks later.

well, if i haf to choose, i will take 750 as compared o 680 becoz of the batt life..reception is also better..but always bear it in mind tt 750 is a 3g phone so u must use a 3g sim card...as for wm6, 750 will be able to upgrade to wm6 by end of this year...
