The phone is terrible. I have had so many issues. They started about three months after purchasing the phone and the only solution to the problems is for ATT to continuously send a refurbished phone to replace the old one. The refurbished phone I received is not any better than the original and the warranty does not start over when you are sent a new one (be aware). You are not told this when you purchase the phone. Anyway the warranty eventually runs out, no more refurbished phones, and you are left purchasing a new one. Anyway, the problems are frequent dropped calls, the screen locks and I am unable to get into the phone, it is constantly losing the bluetooth connection, it frequently gets stuck eternally in voicemail (you can't hang it up). Recently there is a loud screeching noise in the background and I cannot hear my conversation. The phone constantly freezes. You have to lock the screen or in the middle of a call with someone it will randomly dial voicemail or the 411 directory. I have had to visit the store over the period of having the phone about 6 times and called the customer service line repeatedly. They will not make good on a defective phone and you are told too bad you get a refurbished repalcement phone. They contend that there is not any problems with the Palm Treo 750.

I've had the the 750v for about 6 weeks from Vodaphone. First the great PDA, excellent hot sync facillity, mobile apps, Internet access and not forgetting the big screen(wow). Now to bad bits, the phone i would describe as "tempramental" or "moody" to put it mildly. Calls freeze in mid conversation. Frequently I can't dial out or access VM, even three bars network strength showing! Pressing the send or central button does nothing except compound my frustration. Is anyone experiencing this? Is there a software issue with the wireless manager? I am tempted to send this phone back to Vodaphone on this experience alone. Its a shame becaue it has a lot of great bits including 3G. Palm engineers can you sort this out?! All Vodaphone can tell me is get a replacement phone, which sounds wasteful...If there is a patch out there to cure the phone problem from anyone I will be glad to hear it.

Very good PDA/Smartphone. I am a frequent and professional user. Use through push-mail and separate synchronising the calendar fully, phonebook with ca. 1.700 contacts, e-mail , sms and notes, calculator (installed later, was missing)pictures and video. I use it now for 6 months. I used before this Qtek 9100 and HTC TyTn (in my view despite the 400 MH processor still to slow for intensive use of calendar and screen hard to read in sunlight)with a lot of break downs, returns to the shop, etc., but this Treo is by far much easier to use and also less sensitive for the usual Windowsmobile break downs. This is in my view the most userfriendly windowsmobilephone in the market. Allthough the camera is only 1,3 Megapixel even the pictures are quite good. With this phone you can leave the stylus stored and be much quicker. Also suited to use it with one hand. Best formed and bright display also. Only the keys of the QWERTY are not soft Battery lasts one day, so I bought a spare one. Palm understood what a businessphone must do. Compliments.
