Nice phone or not, Vodaphone have killed it in the UK by not offering any 3G data packages with it - yep, every single MB you download will cost you £2.35. Compare that to £40 for 1GB with a 3G laptop card.

It's OK there's no WIFI, since laptop is better and easier for browsing the net. But lack of HSDPA, poor battery life, no second camera for video call... it's just backward.

Ringer on/off rocker switch worked fine..... 10 years ago!
without any OSD, you'd have to see a MISSED CALL to realise ringer not ON.
what about morning alarm going off with ringer off?
Think my nokia is still smarter in this dept..

This look like a museum set. Poorer resolution, no Wi-Fi for cheaper or free hotspot surfing and VOIP.

A total disappointment. Whats wrong treo ? they don't listen to thier european customer ? Nokia is making CDMA/GSM phones so whats treo's problem ?
They are really getting annoying and soon they will loose the status they have had for year. sadistic approach to making a phone.

Althought the phone looks great I think it would have been alot better off with a Wi-Fi option.

Palm Treo -- certainly must have done market analysis. Somehow, I feel the % of WiFi users are to few. I hope its has the most important feature " SEARCH " within, to recall names and events which Palm is known for. Great.

i think it's abit big for today's PPC phone. 2 years ago with this size it's high tech... but towards 2007... come on.

I dont think Palm would give Wi-Fi integrated with their phones when Wi-Fi card is sold as an accessory

Initial expectation was exciting, but the specifications were very dissapointing. The resolution is poorer than my Treo 650. This is a inferior model. When Palm ever wake up to customer needs, and start designing something like Benq Siemen P51 or the O2? Where is the essential WiFi? I think this a museum model.
