this is an excellent phone. It is great to hang around your neck on a lanyard, it is visually appealing, simple and convenient. my mum has had this phone for at least 6 years and it is still working!

the phone has a very small keypad very hard to text..although it is good because very small and looks like just a toy..

yeh, the gd55 and the G50 as well as the g51, are all tri band phones, so it will work in the US
