Worst phone ever,charged it to 100% and morning I going it to be 72% hand all the time I have given more than 15 times to the customer care in just 3 months don't buy it just a loss I was a fool buying it better buy coolpad note 3 its cost is 6999 you will find on amazon most online shops its comes with 3 GB ram and good camera and for sure its far better .I hate the space given to us 2.1 GB so can't do much just hate it
i have bought this set around 3 months ago.. it was working ok... but i m facing a problem now... while using net, too much adds are coming on my screen.. it is not coming in apps but on homescreen and everywhere which i use to open...
I have bought it on 8th July, 2015. I had insurance with it Rs. 10000/-. It covers one year safely......But after one year I am facing all problems at onetime....Touch Screen , Software , Camera, Calling , etc........What will I do ?

I found your service centre after 4 mnts in my city then they asked to change battery for charging problem which coated me 950, nothing changed I again approached the service center again they are saying that a diode is to be changed !!! seriously what the heak service !!!! if uhave any better suggestion put me an email @ email@example.com
P55 and p55 novo becomes defective within 6 to 8 months. Service centre unique infosystem and telecom at malse mumbai charges for repairing during warranty period and not issuing bill for payment. Even company is not ready to listen and solve the issue -.Never buy Panasonic mobiles.
Anonymous, 22 Jun 2016I have had panasonic p55 novo for about 8 months now and haven't faced any major problems yet.... moreu can block the source, first go in data usage then if u r using in sim then go in sim option or if in wifi then go in wifi, then scroll downward their u will see "andriod core.log...... " somethime like this block this one and ur problem will be solved
NEVER NEVER BUY their any products they r ridiculous with service .MY Whole phone became a SCRAPE because of them. Last year around December I purchased p55 novo from snapdeal got it on time. And was eventually functioning well but every thing went wrong since last week the charging jack of the mobile began to malfunction and i was able to charge my battery with the charger so, I charged it with external battery charger and it got charged up-to full still functioning.( NOT THIS )
But external charging was not a solution so i took the mobile to the Panasonic service-center ( LUCKNOW , INDIA ) as it was still under warranty . guy at the center saw the mobile and without any proof he said that it was because of water (rusting) and because of that my WARRANTY WOULD LAPSE! I asked what charge would they take to repair it they said that it was a delicate part has a risk to damage the motherboard so it would charge me 410( Rs. 50 for part and 350 for service only ) I agreed to them and gave them my mobile they gave me the receipt for the due payment of my mobile they agreed to return the mobile in 2 days.
Days past on third they when I called to inquire about my mobile they simply said that the MOTHERBOARD was damaged and he got to know that during repair and asked me to pay 4000 more to replace the motherboard or else take my mobile back I opted to take my mobile back they didn't charged me penny ( not even for their service charge) and asked me return the receipt back to them ( I was in a shocked state so with out any notice i returned them back the receipt) THEY ENTIRELY GAVE THE BURDEN OF DAMAGE OF MOTHERBOARD ON ME .
KNOW YOU ALL JUST THINK THAT I GAVE MY MOBILE IN OK STATE IT WAS WORKING THEIR WAS ONLY A PROBLEM WITH THE POWER JACK AND THEY GOT THE MOTHERBOARD DAMAGED ( they themselves earlier have told me about the risk of repair and demanded for extra money and they themselves damaged by mobile while repairing the jack)
It a humble request to all the readers that should never waste their hard earned money on the brand as money does not grows on trees. it an advice brother to brother.

Panasonic have very bad service center i purchase a p55 set during warranty period the set became death during the warranty i go to service center they said to me that it can take 25 days but they unable to give me phone after 50 days they give me my phone but next day again my phone became death than i again go to service center now it is almost six month they not response me service center says to me that it can take on e week after one week i go to the shop from where i purchase phone the shop owner says that company provide me a new phone after two week service center give me the same phone repaired by them i cant take it because again it faulty after one or two days or a month who take the response the service center and retailer says lying to me and customers never buy a Panasonic set Samsung has good for there service senter they response there customers
