I've used this phone for a second year now. It is by far the best phone I've ever used and seen. Everything works perfectly. I continue to look for a better phone on the market, something to replace it and there still isn't something that can match it.

Answer on some question and problem
1. battery life is really 3 day or more.
-> inflated/ deformed battery is already NO GOOD, u need to replaced it before it damage the phone.
2. Transferring more than 1 MB is not possible thru BT or IR, you could use Data Cable
3. Cannot be heard on other line is caused by NG Mic - Suggestion - use headset
Can be "hotblow by tech" but not advisable, Major Part have some adhessive that when heat is applied will meld and cound damage the phone. Need expert in doing so.

Bought Panasonic VS6 near 2 years ago to replace Philips Diga when 02 switched off the cheap text tariff. Already used excellent wee Panasonic before and took advantage of positive comments and opinions posted about the screen and camera. Maybe I don't use all its features but I cannot fault it at all. Recently I went on holiday forgetting charger so put sim in borrowed latest Sony Ericsson. No comparison. What a pleasure to get back to using this simple to operate, big screened gem. Super flip, easy buttons and don't see many others.

I've had this phone for ages, its still in perfect condition and nothing has gone wrong yet. It must be nearly 2 years, and although the vid playback is a bit off, the battery life for me is excellent

I got this phone and had meny problems with it such as it only has about 3 days battrey life, the video playback is very poor, you cant send or receave files over 1mb by bluetooth on it, the battrey burns out after a year, the keypad is to hard to use and it cant record videos for more than 67 seconds. Other then that its a great phone. I would give it a 7/10.

Reguarding ur problem with calls going straight to voicemail? I have the exact same problem but with a different phone...Are u with T-mobile by any chance? Not just myself but also my friends who r with T-mobile have this problem and have done for years through several phones. If your not with T-mobile then I have no idea but its definately not the phone as it is a network problem so check reviews on ur actual network rather than phone. Hope I have helped.

I'm just wondering if anyone ever get the problem that sometimes when you dial out, it ends your call right away?? Also couple of my friends tell me that when they call me, it goes straight to the voicemail when I know my phone was still on and has reception. Anyone know whats with that??

i forgot: previous comment said "scratches on top of shell". yes, it's bad i agree. it's the only thing i don't like in the phone and i forgot to mention. the problem is it's engineering design, not the way we open the shell.

i have one of this VS6 bought on phonehouse (portugal) and a couple months ago the battery start to grow in bulk (kind of overinflated itself). the store don't give me a new battery. they say the batteries has only 6 months guarantee. it's very annoying this fight. i'll never buy phones at phonehouse!
strictly about the phone: it's very good, the menus, as opposite as someone said here, are very simple, well organized and fast.
cheers,
jc
