I, like most other people, looked at the X400 and thought it looked like a great phone. Its stats were a good read and I thought great . . . buy it. OOOOOPS!

Battery life is rubbish, a day if I am lucky.

The screen rubs on the joystick button so I have a nice (NOT) lovely scratched circle on my screen.

The buttons need double pushes quite often.

The volume is poor, both the earpeice and the speaker.

Thats just the hardware !!

I STRONGLY recommend not purchasing this phone!

i'm planning to buy this fone..but then i;m worried that that push button system wouldn't work so well..is it necessary to use the push button to open the lid? wouldn't it be too lose if you keep on pressing the button all the time?..hows the camera? the size? is this better than the nokia 7260 or the samsung e310?

chime - thanks! :) Im really considering to get this phone. I don't really mind of the folders. Most importantly, if it has a clear camera and easy messaging system, I would most prob buy it. :)
