I recently purchsed this phone but have since returned it as I could not download ringtones despite contacting Vodaphone & Panasonic for help. Phone is a little too lightweight which too some people could be beneficial but for me it felt like a toy phone, also had trouble finding it in my handbag as it was so small...

Looks cute, i'll give it that, has a great evil laugh tone on it which is fab an dthats all i can say positively. I've had this for a week and its going back i can't stand it, the sound is terrible - you cant hear what people are saying clearly and the text messaging is driving me nuts. The menu system is labourious. Dont do it folks or at least go and test it out. Oh and if you snap it shut it switches itself off you have to be ever so ever so gentle with it. I hate it, cant wait to replace it think i may just go back to nokia so i'm not so utterly disappointed again.
