this fone is more than just a basic fone.
it will suffice those who are just interested in making calls and sending sms
and also taking a couple of shots via its built in camera. but for those techno-savvy...this fone is a heck load of CRAP!!! but to each his own.....

I gave this to my girlfriend as a bday present last July 2004 and until today no problems whatsoever. MMS sending is good, GPRS is fast, texting is easy, menus are simple, screen resolution is very good, pictures appear very good especially when taken by a superior camera other than it's own, however, I feel that a cell phone is not meant to be a digital camera or an MP3 player, it's a cell phone for christ's sake ! I have a sony digicam that takes absolutely perfect videos or pictures and I also have an ipod for my mp3s. "TO EACH HIS OWN !"

The p-x66 was given to me as a gift. Its a nice phone for girls, but I am very disappointed that I can't d/l ringtones as the pre-installed ones for horrible. If you know how to, could you please advise me? I am also not able to use all the functions such as the "panasonic box", as can not reg under NZ.
