I have had my phone since February...well actually I am on my 3rd phone! Yes I have gone back because of a problem and ended up having to get a whole new phone twice. Now my 3rd phone still does not work! I do not feel this is a good phone...not worth the money or the time. Several of my keys no longer work...it sends randome blank texts. They said I got it wet...but it never got wet. I am a stay at home mom and we are inside most of the time. It is not subjected to the elements much. My husband has the same phone and he has problems out of his as well. He is on his second phone since February and dealing with problems as well.
I say not worth it...nice phone, nice idea...technology in the phone just does not work correctly.

This is a great idea for a phone, but...the Duo feels very cheap and flimsy. The horizontal slider in particular feels very loose. There is a few seconds delay when switching from portrait to landscape display, but that's not that big of a deal. The keyboard is also not that comfortable to use, since the keys are flush with the seurface. On the plus side, the display is rather nice, and the overall speed of the OS is good.

Fine to Pantech do not inside in Brasilian, is a model single inovation. A camera with a better solution.

First the positives. I loved the size and feel. The features were great-it really does allot. Now the problem, this is first and foremost a phone, and that is where it comes up short. The reception on this phone is terrible. I do live off the beaten path, however, I have a Nokia 6555, a razr, an older Nokia, LG and a Samsung 497. The Duo has the worst reception of them all. I have to wonder if mine was simply a dud or something. I work near Chicago and even there the reception was terrible. I just sent the phone back, thank goodness for AT&T's 30 day trial period.

Wow this phone is ridiculously annoying. Or maybe its the network. I would not recommend - I have to spend literally about twenty minutes waiting for a split second when the 3G turns into a G or E, then I can make calls and send texts. Everything else, I get rejected immediately even if I have full reception. What a bunch of bulls**t - this is completely unacceptable and moves beyond simply inconveniencing me - it’s actually f***ing up my life. Do not buy.

can someone who used to own this phone or have this phone tell me how can i use my instant messaging. How come every single time i tried to log on to yahoo messaging it said communication error. Please help me out. Thank you!

The phone is great when you get it but it like PC the more stuff you have or put in the slower it react. Some time it lock on me have to reboot it by turning the phone off and it take long time to pull up the camera. Battery life I got this phone for two mount and I have to charge it evry day, but the texhing is good on this phone.

Crap phone. The design is nice, but the windows mobile system lags ALOT when doing simple things like deleting message, changing screens, opening messages and on top of that the signal is horrible. I live dead center of Boston and get MAYBE one bar if I stand on a chair on my apartment. I'm currently looking for a new phone...
