go to your phone company adn ask them how you can turn on picture messaging to see if you can get it with your plan you are on. but you may want to know this, it costs you a lot if you dont have unlimited multi media messaging hope this helps yo...

the person who wrote that their phone was freezing wasn't saying that all of the matrix's freeze... they were just saying that theirs did. if you read further they state that they got a new one and hasn't had any problems with it.
