I HATE THIS PHONE SOO MUCH i have had it for almost a year now, it freezes up and shuts off by itself... the screen scratches really easily and its ugly, i only got it because i thought it would be good for textin... the keys are easy to use though so there is a plus... other than tht this fone sux, it is borring and there is nothing to do on it... if ne one knows how to fix it can you please tell me, i dont get a new fone for another month

I have a Pantech Slate (not AT&T) it's through Cincinnati Bell Wireless. I'm wondering if there is a way to have my e-mails sent directy to my phone like a Blackberry. Also, what is E-mail gateway??
I found it by going to menu > messaging > settings > text message > then down to #2 E mail gateway. It's just a blank page when I click on it,

Hi I have a PAntech Slate C530 but I have no idea how to set up a voice mail......i don't really like having the "we're sorry but the person you are trying to reach is unavailable now........" I would really like to have my own voice mail instead of the "it comes with the phone"

But since the slate does not have a memory card slot, your only way is by bluetooth, download with your wap browser on your phone, or get them texted to you. I think there are a few websites where you can make your own ringtone & then send it to your phone via sms. The only other way is by using a data cable. The data cables that fit the phones like the Pantech Matrix/MatrixPro, Duo & other newer Pantech should fit yours. & If you have bluetooth on your computer, you can send ringtones that way too.

does anybody know how to get a voice memo to be set as your ringtone or is that not able to be done? and if it is not able to be done how do u get more ringtones other than the provided?

This is absolutely the worst phone I have ever had. It freezes about 80% of the time. I will never buy another one and suggest that anyone reading this forum not buy one.

Hi can someone please explain to me what will i have to do because my son phone fell in somw water and now you cannot talk on it it will ring but you cannot answer i tried to blow dry it and also aired it out to dry and nothing still seems to help what else can i do i don't have any insurance on it i didn't think he would be so careless you know what i mean he's 16 and you would think he knows better to drop in water.
