there is no languagues to select under tools->language->screen text /T9
what should i do to get the menu in english
i did try to input english word but nothing works

Help!
My phone & manual are in french, but the information says it's available in English, Dutch and Italian, so how do I change the language on the phone?
Need a response ASAP.

I just received my unlocked Pantech U4000 ...manual is in French ...how do I obtain a manual in Enlish. Cannot figure out the phone. It is not recongizing my SIM card. Help. Thank you.

the signal receiption of the phone is unacceptable! I am using T-mobile service and dropped calls is killing me. the bluetooth functions of the phone is often malfunctioned and it will take a total phone reset ( manufacture restorations) and sometimes, gotta remove the batery and reinstall in order for the bluetooth to function again. for the dropped calls, no other way to improve, I bought 2 units and both of them acting the same way. I first suspected the service problem and I tested with some dirt cheap china made phone (the fake nokia N95 tri-band phone) and I have no dropped called problems. It's imposible for both units to be malfunctioned, it's the hardware design. don't buy this phone, not worth it.
