I bye it without DATA Cable. But Next time I bye data cable but I cant use it.
Its memory is so small. Not reasonable thing.

When I first recieved the Phillips 568, I was excited about its quality. All I can say is that I was a little disapointed.
If you are a person who cant keep away from their phone, then dont buy it. I would only reccomend it to people who use mobiles for calling, and emergencies.
I only ever used the phone forabout 4 months. I have ordered a Motorola PEBL, which I ***hope*** is better value.

The model is quite a cute one. For it's price the features are pretty good. The only problem is the USB cable. Please could any help me to find where I can purchase one in Kolkata along with the battery. Thanks.

I am not fully satisfied using Philips 568 mobile because I have a software and cable with my mobile. but when i install that i could not connect with the. PC shows new hardware found but could not connect. pls tell me from where i can download the software for this Philips 568 mobile.

I am using philips 568 model for last 5 months. Today when I was charging the phone, I got a message 'Battery is Flat' and

the phone is wonderful it has a kool pictures the camera is kool the sound er bam but it can record for 50sec and download the max of 49kb it has small memo fo downloading the worst of it is that it has no infared or bluetooth the phone is one of the best phone ever.

i think its a cool phone for the price. i have had it for 3 months now and though it has no infrared or bluetooth my pics come out really nice only they have to be snaped in bright light.

This set is very bad to me.My friends who used philips mobile told me that all the philips mobile is bad. But I found philips 362 is the best philips set. However you can buy (this) philips568 because its a cheap rated camera phone.

where is the infra-red/blue/green/violet??man dont buy this phone anyway.the video & pic is so so bad without light(also in light). typing speed,operating system also too low.buy siemens cx 70 rather buying this.

philips mobile phones are not so popular in my country nigeria. some of us who use it fi nd it dificult getting the accessories.

Bought this a while ago. My package came full with software cd, earphone and usb data cable. But had to download the latest version of the soft(phone tools v.3.25) from philips support page.
For those of you having trouble to connect with pc, download the latest version of the app, run the installer but don't yet connect your phone with pc. When the installer asks, only then connect the phone with pc, and from your phone menu, go to games& Ap> pc software link and let it run.
Your phone will be detected and you can transfer all you need, to and from the phone. But pc soft link should be running in your phone all the time or else you'll lose connection.
