i bought my phone last April. The touch screen has frozen so I cannot access any info on my phone. Gutted! I wonder what the guarantee is?

I just bought this phone and i'm sorry to report that it was a waste of money. i'm very disappointed.
i think that for this amount of money there are alot of brands/models that offer MUCH more...

At least this phone seems to be able to do that, with the added bonus that it will probably survive a day's work without recharging.

17mm THick !!!!!!! Surely not.Everyone else is bringing down the density, this dimension was the norm 2 years ago. Is this because of the camera quality and flash ?
