Can this Qtek 1010 be repaired? It's SIM card locker is busted and is crashed. Is it repairable? Please answer. It's stocked-up and we didn't use it for a long time.

my qtek 1010 have lost the software it just stay in blue background and logo qtek..What am gonna do this..Can I ask a cd again or copy to reformat? is this needs to reformat? how to reformat this properly..pls I need ur reply ....
