this Pocekt PC is COOL. I like it very much, it is very convinient and it has fast procesor!!

Hi, using Qtek 2020 since more than 1 year.
Positive
- it works, slowly, but it works
Negative
- screen difficult to read in sunlight
- slow and crashes using TOMTOM and phone at same time
- synchronising works in principle, but difficult to set properly (files e.g.) 2 times in 1 year: all data were "rewritten" because not "recognized", which leads to duplicates and some losses.
- fragile and slipery case (the one of S200 in rubber type is ways better)
- big size
- battery time limited (this gets obvious with older batteries)
it was the best on the market 1.5 years ago and is still ok, but.... time to look for something faster and smaller ... ;o)

I have a Qtek 2020, but lost my charger, Is the charger the same on every Qtek phone or divice??? annyone know??

I have a Qtek the main problems I have had is the 22pin connector at the bottom breaks free inside and keeps disconnecting. Also the headphone socket does the same.
It does get heavy use in and out of the car daily.
I have used TOMTOM 3 with it and it worked fine with a bluetooth GPS but when I went to TOMTOM 5 it would not detect my Deconix DC210 Bluetooth GPS so I changed to a car cradle that had a wired gps incorporated. It works with this.
In fact I use it (with diff software) as an aviation GPS when flying a microlight.
I think it a good bit of kit.

I was wondering if anyone had used it with a bluetooth GPS and microsoft Autoroute as a mobile GPS.
In theroy it should all work as it has the memory and window mobile 3.
I am getting one soon and wanted to try this out.

This might be where you find the language support to many different languages and it is not expensive.Hope you like it.Eva

HI, the Qtek 2020 is a great pocket PC and it works very vell.
About all problems with this pocket PC refer to XDA-Developers site and you'll find everything there. :)

Hi there. I have a qtek 2020 in english, but I would like to put the french language on the pda phone. I downloaded the Rom for the french version, but gives me a country id code error. Could someone tell me how to reset the country code either of the french rom or the phone so that I can have the french language. Plz send e-mail to psykosial@walla.com or respond on this forum. I am using Q-tek 2020 from last one year & nine months. It was the best set I ever had.
But now the screen of my mobile has broken so kindly help me to know the dealer in north india who can replace my mobile screen.

I have bought qtek2020 from Internet betting site ricardo, evrything was perfect but from days my mobile was hanging and then i have to do off and then on, but now its totally hanged and block only the starting screen is coming and the stick is not working any more so i am not able to start it. Do u have any idea how i can solve this or is there any service centre in Zurich or in Luzern,( Switzerland )

i bought qtek2020 just today 22/7/05 at rabat, morocco, unfortunately the user manual is in french and the dealer told me that it would take at least two weeks to get one in english. I am really eager to start operating the set, any help you could render?
