hello guys,,, someone gave me qtek 8010 and its brand new. its a replacement for my stolen phone. i decided to put a security code in it but unfortunately can't open it.please help me with this. I would really appriciate it and it would be a big help. thanks.

Hi i am getting problem when i connect the qtek 8010 with laptop. it ask USB device to download and i dont have the installer of it. so can any one please tell me how can i connect my mobile with my machine.

The filght mode could be swtiched off ..
just press the power buttton on the top side of handset .. you will get flight mode off option .. click on it.. and done!

to sync your phone with your computer you need to go to microsoft.com and go to windows mobile and download the active sync software and you can now connect your phone to the pc.im using the usb and it works fine.

Does any one knows how can reinstall the windows. My phone is freezed, any time I turn on my phone it comes with a white screen, nothing happen, even I can't turn it off/on, but if connect it to my pc, I can see my files inside my phone. Or if some one know where can I backup my contact list I would appreciate it.

i recently bought this phone. i have two problems. the installation cd is in spanish and i can't seem to get this mobile to work as a modem. if anyone has any solutions i'd love to hear them.
