Please, I just got qtek 9100 and its in rus I really love the phone but can not change the löanguage to English. can anybody help me out. I have tried all the options.hany_nada@yahoo.com

to change dhe lenguage, you neade to go to:
Start-Seting-system seting- and Lenguage, to do this in an another lenguage u nead to orient yourself with icons. try, you can lose nothing.

i am using this qtek 9100 for almost a year.. and i need extra battery because i travel everyday and sometimes the battery wont last longer.. could any help me where to buy extra battery with this qtek 9100.. tnx

With the 9100, I had this until i rebooted - use RESET button, making sure you have tranferred alll contacts and message informaotin to another handset.
If this fials, try toi replenish the battary from the USB conection.
Or buy another battery.

I have bought it some days ago. It was functioning very well; but suddenly it started giving tskschedule.exe and other different errors. Now; it won't allow me to surf internet and also keeps on connecting and disconnecting to network (Cellular network). Can anybody please send me the complete software of the same?
