Why you iventors couldn't collect all or almost all advantages in a unique handset. this model is better than Qtek-9100 only because it has a 2meg camara, but I think you factureress should invent one model which intergrate the whole functions( I'm sure that you can) of a perfect PDA to satisfy the demand of the customs rather than so much models which are, i think, simply, exchange the technic specifications belong them. A good PDA phone should have at least 256m flash memory, high speed processor, 2m camara, plus intergrated GPS except all others basic functions. I could not believe that you factureres have no capacity to do it. Please do make inoventions in the phone but not the brand and its models such as HTC TyTN, Qtek 9600, I-Mate JASJAM, O2 ...while all of them are the same.

Ok. To all of you asking questions. Now I have it, I can ask all your questions.
1.- The size is just the same as the Treo 650
2.- It uses Micro SD, NOT Mini SD
3.- The CPU is fast enough
4.- Video Excellent Quality 1024*768
5.- It does use USB headphone, it does not come with adapter but you will get one stereo headphone in the box.
If you need more answers please let me know.

Use predecessor Qtek 9100 now with mixed feelings. Faster CPU of 9600 and bettered software will resolve slowness(irritating in calendar-surfing).Agree that integrated GPS would make the ideal all-in-one tool, but the apparently still disappointing 2MP Camera (without autofocus and good flash)provide a bigger blame.Even my old Nokia 6600 is a lot better and easier.
Tip: avoid the use of stylus, with fantastic QWERTY-boars you can do it all a lot quicker.
Question:does anyone really use the handwriting-option?

It is already for more than 2 weeks available from the REAL MANUFACTURER HTC and it is the TyTN as well pointed out from a few guys. Check it out on the website http://www.soundtech.com.cy and you will see price as well with FULL spec. It is the perfect size and instead of buying the P990 you can buy this instead as it is a Window based mobile as well.
Since the REAL manufacturer is HTC why bother to buy it as an I-Mate. HTC is the main player from now on and who knows....may be they will stop producing it for I-mate!!

This phone does have an IRDA Port and also a standard mini USB cable does fit and work to full spec of the 9600
The phone will be around the £550 mark, or for a Thia Import it will be about £450, but the keys will be mixed up and have extra Thia symbols. It is still fully fuctional though
