It doesn't switch off, it's a Windows Mobile device, meaning that switching off the power will result in a loss of data. The standby is what you have to work with, I'm afraid.

Quite impressive PDA phone for the size of it. However, does anyone know how to switch off the GPRS connection once connected. I had to turn on the flight mode to be able to turn off the GPRS.

For me, the best one. I don't need WiFi. Tried Eten m600, Qtek 9100. S110 is fast, nice and if you downlaod Spb diary, Spb plus and Spb weather, you get compagnon.

Not so much an opinion as a question .. I want to add SD memory and WiFi connectivity to my S110. Various card manufacturers [ie SanDisk & Socket] make combined SD cards - do these work with the S110?

if you have this device and have any problems, you can find anything you need to know at http://xda-developers.com
go to the forums, ask if you need anything
