Great device. Love the fact it has an IR port, so I can ue it as a remote for all my devices. Best of all, I'm not tied down to Itnes like now with my IPad. I've had enough of the itunes, need the freedom as with my Note II. Just love the stylus. Specs are brilliant and love the fact I can use my 3 x 64Gb sd cards with this for my videos i take on the road trips.
I'm wondering what the charging time is. On tablets I think that would be as important information (from certain percentages) as the battery life because they have huge batteries.

The Samsung Note 10.1 2014 is overpriced. In the UK, it is costs £499, but in the USA the same tablet is £373.2 (at £1=$1.60). British customers are being overcharged.
Anonymous, 28 Oct 2013When will it be available in Israel? Want to buy it!I ordered one from US, it will be a month till its locally available and I bet u'll have to pay more than 3k
change from front facing stereo speakers in the note 10.1 to side on this is a fail in my opinion.. that was one of the best features of my note 10.1

There is no "actual" resolution. It's 2560 x 1600. Point. The 10.1 (2014) display features four subpixels (RGBW) per pixel. Since this is a high resolution screen you hardly observe any blurring (usually at the very edges of letters).
Apple leaked its upcoming iPhone which is to be announced on 2014 June in Facebook... Please visit the official page and have fun...
Too many features bundled in this 2014 Note 10.1 that makes this a best buy product...No gimmicks, no tricks and no regret to buy it...
The most irritating thing is that unlike any other product on the planet, the competition in the tablet market seems to be driving the prices up. Insane
nice review, but i'd like more detailed information about the screen. four subpixels? what is the actual resolution? 224 ppi?
Why Surface 2 isn't mentioned as a competition?
Its cheaper and (by me) clearly superior.
