why when i am recording video , the only think i hear its something like snow. iyt doesnt record clear sound

I have this phone, and I can say that it's the best phone i ever had except N95, in true words, N93 phone is a KING of all phones ever existed. Greetings from Macedonia.

The best mobile phone of the moment.It has everything you need,looks great,I love it.Nokia N93 is the best mobile phone I ever have and play with.Is not so big and havy,is for men only.works great.Good job Nokia!

The N93 is superb.
The only problems I have is:
*Crashing
*Noise When Zooming
*Poor Video Quality in low light
I think Nokia releases their phones too quickly. They need to fix bugs before release.

my boyfriend has this phone, buts it's too big and ugly, however, video and picture quality is great. for a such an expensive fone, it should be slimmer and bit more attractive, don't you all think?

this phone is unbelievably huge, gigantic, large, humonges and ugly. its a phone and a camcorder but how can it fit into a pocket?? if the pohone was smaller it would have been alot better.

i got the n93 and was given the adobe premiere with it but every time i type in my serial no. it says it isn't right. NE ideas?

GSm Arena's review says one can use web browzer in N-93 with mouse cursor. I tried best, but unable to get the mouse cursor. . Under which option or condition can one enable or get to use mouse cursor.Can anyone help please

Yes they have software upgrade for N-93. The new version is
v 11.0.034 dated 17/08/06, RM-55, N93(24.01).
Now wondering which bugs have they patched up :-??

Thank you for the information provided. I Shall check Nokia Europe site and will revert back if there is any clarification.

I checked at the Nokis Shop where I bought the phone. They said they have not received the firmware upgrade CD yet.

Hi!

At the moment I'm using SE P990i and have had quite a few problems with it. I'm on the third handset in 2 weeks!!

Do you guys think the N93 is a good alternative given that they are two different genres of phone?

You can upgrade the firmware in Nokia care center.

Check Nokia Europe site and download Nokia Software Updater (NSU).
Unfortunately N93 is not yet supported (should be there in few weeks)

Does Nokia have a site where can upgrade firmware like the one SonyEricsson have.
I tried looking in Nokia website. Could not find one
I have a N-93. Curious to know if they have latest firmware upgrade.
My firmware version is V10.0.025, RM-55, N93(60.01) dated 12/07/2006

Well, the N93 is about the size as my old Ericsson A1018s, and in the late 1990s, it actually worked carrying around a cellphone of this size! :-) So, I would be quite happy with the size of the phone. I always wanted to get a Nokia Communicator; the decision is now to buy a N93. The only really, really bad thing is the bucking zoom and the picture quality at zero light using the LED light -- zooming impossible, fades to black.

So, waiting for a newer version seems to be an option?
Buying a real camcorder seems to be an option? This phone, on the other hand, is ultramobile compared to a "real" camcorder and it would get through a security-guard check as a cellphone and wouldn't be recognized as a camcorder.
