Sony Ericsson Z610 review: Glossy magic
The mirror-like clamshell Z610 has a magic top half and an invisible external display; it supports 3G, has a 2 megapixel camera, and has one of the most luxurious keypads ever seen on the mobile market. Memory card slot is available, of course. In other words, Sony Ericsson’s portfolio has been enriched with another top-quality model.

I heard they are functionally identical to the K610i, just with a flip design

Superb phone... but the "beauty" lasts no more than one week. Then, scratches, scratches, scratches. A phone you should not keep in your pocket with coins or with keys, not in a bag full of stuff. To cut a long story short : a nice phone not to be used in normal real life !

re: comment I left yesterday, the problem is NOT about the grammar but with the content. It is a sexist statement. I thank you for the prompt attempt to fix the problem, but if you wish to say that the phone is aesthetically pleasing more than a functional tool, there are many other ways of describing this. Thank you.

this phone is meant for luxurious people who wants looks for a phone... features are standard for a 3g phone. nothing is more than usual.. but very nice design,.. this phone is SE's innovation in design market..

really nice phone indeed, but 90euros more for a glossy design...? i kind of agree with the comment just being dazed out by the looks, inside its not that bad but it screen left alot to be desire... like QVGA 2005-2006 screem.. which in 2007 thx to nokia and samsung are going to be midrange..even low end!.
if you don't care about that the only problem you iwll have will be the oled display (if you prefer color ones) and maintaining clean the phone.. since its glossy, fingerprint magnet

Cool phone!! But it seems that person reviewing the phone got overwhelmed by it’s gorgeous look and forgot to mention whether the outer display is visible in direct sunlight or the outer surface leaves fingerprints or not. Those are two main concerns I thought. Otherwise, nice one.
