Let's see you fandroids bash Apple dual core chip now beating quad core with benchmarks hehehe
To all the iFans boasting about benchmarks, it does not matter. Android still does far more. Nexus 5 is faster then the iPhone 6 in day to day operations. For example, see video on youtube Nexus 5 vs iPhone 6 - App Opening Speed: http://youtu.be/hPhkPXVxISY
The year old Nexus 5 with bigger screen yet smaller form factor and almost a third of the price of iPhone 6 is just as fast or faster. Just wait until Nexus 6 running Android L (Art not Dalvik runtime) is unveiled. Just wait...
Yeah lol, iPhone 6 'Main Disadvantages' list is larger than its pros.
I'll take Xperia Z3/Compact any day over iPhone 6/P.
AmateurHistorian, 27 Sep 2014Can someone name me one Android phone with:
-user-... moreSamsung Galaxy Note 4 has all of the above and more. It's processor is 64 bit capable.
Android is better.
Krait is 3 years old and has gone from a 1.5ghz dual core to 2.7ghz quad core, ALL USING THE SAME CORE.
It's old tech. This will be obvious when Note 4 using the 64bit Exynos is compared to the 32bit Snapdragon both using Android L on benchmarks. 64bit ARMv8 is a big deal. 30% free performance is nothing to scoff at.
Apple is already on their second 64bit ARMv8 CPU and is matching Snapdragon chips in raw power running with DOUBLE the cores AND clock speed. It's not even a competition. Apple's chips are more advanced.
"...even the most loyal iPhone users among us have a feeling they're being fed a feature a year with Apple withholding significant upgrades that would make the iPhone technologically superior.."
EXACTLY! This is the one single reason why I don't like (Not hate) Apple and why I pity those people who still buy the phone every single year and support them (Even though they are still plenty good) for the ridiculously high price.
The only real world disadvantage i see is in the battery performance.

And FM radio is for those who dont have always on internet connection and avoid incurring high data usuage charges for onkine listening .

It is not competing with xiaomi redmi 1s (which is 10 times cheaper) to ignore these facts.. I think its a fair review.

I don't know why it needs to be listed as a disadvantage. Same goes for FM radio, of course iPhone will never feature this when their whole business is based on online content.
As for the 8MPx camera, like GSMA said, it's not really a disadvantage. It has improved, and just because it's not 20MPx doesn't mean it is therefore bad or outdated. 8MPx is more than enough for printing photos, small enough to send via e-mail and easily uploaded to Facebook.
The review of the media player is not unfair, but I've gotta say that it's no big deal. 3rd Party Apps like VLC easily extend amazing video support, and it's easy to manage video content even without using iTunes.
For a flagship phone, Iphone's disadvantages (count) is longer than the Key features (count as mentioned in the review). is there a paradigm shift?
SamKent, 27 Sep 2014I know apps are smooth and all but wtf is wrong with their battery man? If I'm paying that muc... moreI don't disagree. If they had the option to at least put in a 2500mAh battery, that would have been a huge improvement. I'm OK with the 50-something hours, but I'm wondering what the justification behind it is. Perhaps charge times are too long?
Jayden555, 27 Sep 2014Xperia Z3 is a good choice man but Iphone 6 kick Z3C in the ass for the
Iphone 6 is much2 faster than Z3C.
