John honay, 08 Nov 2014Note 4 is same like note 3 ,note 4 is just a overpriced note 3 . You certainly did not read the review, or just plain ignorant.

I couldn't be happier with my Note 4,even though I'm still not the biggest fan of Samsung's UI. It should have a stock Android with added features instead of this. Very compact device with a great screen and very good audio output quality on my headphones.
no vlc at apple store,so iphone is waste of money if ur a movie fan who watch videos on phone than tv...
HuggoB, 07 Nov 2014Note 4 is overrated. I love my iOS, it give me everything.Note 4 is not overrated. It's the best phablet phone out in the market now as most of the reviews says.
An iPhone 6 is just an oversized iPhone 5S with very little new features added while the iPhone 6 Plus is just an oversized iPhone 6.
Apple just made the iPhone 6 Plus with a 5.5-inch tablet just for the sake of it just to have a reason to try and compete with Samsung and others who makes phablets and not because the iphone 6 Plus would be a big upgrade from the normal iPhone 6.
harris, 07 Nov 2014the battery endurance test seems cannot really reflect the true daily usage. i have both devi... moreThanks man. Have try both? Im in dilema right now, which one 1 should pick. Iphone 6 plus or note 4..
Congratulations to Samsung for creating such proper successor to the Note 3. And here's one more extra feature of the Note 4 that the iPhone owners can only dream of (except if they also own the Note 4, of course), it's the virtual reality implementation in tandem with Oculus.
Gentlemen, welcome to the future. :)
Anonymous, 07 Nov 2014You do realise that android has 85% of the global smartphone market share?.... iOS is under 12... moreLet me ask you a question, if Samsung gains market share, does Xiaomi staff all celebrate in their HQ? Or Sony and LG?
This is why the market share choice as a parameter of comparison is so poor.
This article demonstrates why market share is such a bad metric. Case in point, Nokia had a large market share right before it suddenly got destroyed.
Market share is useful when other elements are roughly similar, for example, when comparing Android manufacturers to one another. However, it becomes problematic when two companies have very different profiles.
For example, comparing Toyota to a manufacturer like Lamborghini (Not saying Apple is lambo etc). it would be unfair to say "Lambo is doomed" just because their world market share is 0.2%.
Similarly, it would be unfair to compare say, Tesla market share to all other cars market share, just because they run on conventional fuel.
Anonymous, 07 Nov 2014This is a sobering read for Samsung fans.
http://appleinsider.com/articles/14/10/30/how-app... moreYes, 2016 will be the year when things will look different. Not in the way you imagine. Iphone sales will start going down from later part of year 2016. It will still sell in millions, but it will stop breaking sales records of previous models and sales numbers will start taking a downward trend, unlike the upward trend in the last few years. The below are the reasons I could think of:
1. User experience in Android would have improved to the extent that android midrange device would be sufficient for most of the casual users who are buying iphone for user experience now.
2. Imagine a Snapdragon 801 powered midrange device for $300 competing against iphone 7 for $1000 at the end of year 2016. Yes, iphone would be better in SPECs than android flagships. But android midrange would be sufficient for most of the people. There would be many people considering switching from iphones to android devices looking at how much VFM they are.
3. Apple will continue to charge premium in rest of world (except US) and will focus on premium segment only.
4. The user experience that apple claims as strong point now will come back to bite apple when competition is able to provide the same user experience at 1/3rd of price. Right now, that is not the case. Android flagships provide good user experience, but they are also expensive. So iphone owners would not consider moving to android now. But that would change slowly and apple will find it hard to attract new customers unlike now.
Adding one more test - Bend Test. The winner is surely iPhone 6 Plus. With 70lbs pressure, the iPhone 6 Plus is easily to be bent which Note 4 need much more strength to do so.
Category wins as per the review:
still image quality
To me that leaves the Note 4 as the overall winner but with hope that Samsung reads the review as well and fixes the low-light stills white balance and the OIS for use with video.
John honay, 07 Nov 2014Peoples has good experience with previous versions of iPhones ,that's why they are buying new ... moreYou do realise that android has 85% of the global smartphone market share?.... iOS is under 12%. Nuff sed!
John honay, 07 Nov 2014Yes android is not stable ,it always has lag.(lollipop or lime pickle)
But people like you wi... moreIf you say that android is not stable you should try at least one android device which is in the iphone's price range. And yes. I will buy android smartphone because I know it is working perfectly. And that is not true IOS cannot lag or freeze. If you say that you never had an iphone.
